Great place with great views on water!
The hotel is great. We were on the second floor with balcony overlooking spacious grounds and Glen Cove. The room is spacious with a private area for dressing and sink separated from shower and toilet. Frig in room. No coffee maker in room, but in lobby in AM. No food. Bed was a bit soft but comfortable. Halloween decorations were fun and hilarious. Mgmt was great. Cat Buckwheat in lobby is sweet. Will go back. Stayed next door at Island View last year, excellent also, with a fabulous eternity pool.

First trip to Maine
We stayed two nights in this beautiful inn. It was certainly a gorgeous setting. The whole building was so beautifully decorated in the seaside setting! It was clean and very well kept. We loved the location (away from the hustle and bustle)! My husband and I enjoyed several walks down the property to the water! We met several staff members who were very sweet. It was somewhat disappointing that the pool was not in working order. We will definitely return as well as recommend Strawberry Hill Seaside Inn to friends!! It was worth every cent!

I absolutely loved this place and will come again! We faced the Ocean and had our coffee first thing in the morning on the balcony. ! We stayed only 2 nights, next time , will be four nights! Just beautiful, and had the Halloween 🎃 vibe outside! So neat to see , sent the pictures of the 3 of them from my phone! Same time that week we were there, Northern Lights appeared!

Loved the cleanliness, comfort & the amazing view. I would have one suggestion to owner, for an enhanced service...a golf cart to shuttle guests down to the water's edge of the property. Those who are older or have a slight walking disability are not able to go down & enjoy the water's edge because they would not be able to walk back up the hill.

amazing views from our room, the grounds were impeccably maintained, the room very confortable and last but not least the staff at all level SO welcoming. The hotel is in between Camden and rockland, a very nice location and in Rockport which is lovely in itself. Can't recommend this property enough!

Newly renovated rooms. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (firm but not to hard). Heated pool, stunning views!! For an unobstructed view (no balcony rails) stay on the bottom floor.. only if you don't mind hearing a few footsteps up above..Fabulous property! Was also the grounds were decorated for Halloween..

Friendly welcome. Was in room 101 with a partial sea view. Bed is comfy. The ceiling is not well soundproof, so you might choose an upper floor room if you want tranquility. There is a shared terrace in front of the room and a swimming pool that I haven’t tried.

This was a last minute stay for us, and what a delightful place! Super kind and welcoming staff, fun holiday decorations, a great walk down to the shore. Very clean and fresh rooms. Buckwheat the welcoming cat was a big highlight for us. This will be our new homebase for exploring the mid coast of Maine.

I travel for business and stay at Strawberry Hill almost every time I visit the area. They were overbooked when I arrived and gave me a room in their facility next door, The Island View Inn, which was fantastic!
