物超所值

以這個房間價格可以住到面湖看到富士山還可以泡到溫泉，已經無可挑剔 ! 其中一天住宿是星期日，晚上在房間就看到湖岸放煙火，煙火足足有20分鐘，真的非常棒 ! 住了3天，有兩天一早在房間就看到逆富士，真的不虛此行了。另外，很感謝櫃台爺爺還在傍晚已經沒有公車時特地載我到車站換車票，真的很感謝，飯店真的物超所值，推薦給預算有限又想住面湖看富士山的朋友，這是不二選擇了。

チェックインの時　駐車場への案内が　従業員の方がバタバタしてて時間が掛かりました。フロントでも　従業員の方1人だけで対応してて　宿泊客が並んでしまって　これも時間が掛かりました。

The hotel is in a great location. We had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from our room. The view was the best part about our stay. And the price per night was very reasonable, considering our view and the hotel amenities, which includes a public onsen, massage chairs, restaurant, souvenir shop, etc. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit outdated. But I really enjoyed my stay here with my husband for my birthday. The room was spacious with a sitting area to enjoy the view.

お天気に恵まれ最高の富士山を眺めることができました。ホテルの前にどか〜んと見える富士は最高でした。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。常に笑顔を絶やさずお仕事をしていらっしゃる印象を受けました。またお世話になりたいと思います。

富士山オンリーの宿

なんと言っても窓からの眺めは文句なし、最高!! ただし施設については、大浴場のほかは各部屋のシャワーしかなく(他の部屋にはついては不明)、アメニティに関しては最低限の物しか用意されていません。食事に関しても、朝夕バイキング。優雅に宿泊希望の方には向かないかも。富士山を楽しみたい方にはお勧めします。

良い点は湖に面していて部屋から河口湖と富士山の全景が眺められて、展望風呂からも同様に楽しめました。悪い点は部屋にはシャワースペースのみでバスがなく洗面台にはタオル掛けもない、アメニティが最小限で歯ブラシセットしかないこと。

部屋がオートロックでなかった部屋はシャワーだけなので風呂が欲しい隣の声が丸聞こえ、いびきも聞こえた（笑い）食事はよかったバス停の横に当ホテルの植木が邪魔で見えにくい交通安全からも剪定したほうがいいと思う

お値段以上

リーズナブルなお値段なのに二食付きで、かなりお得感がありました。全室湖側ではずれはないと思います。部屋からゆっくり富士山を眺めることができました。ただ露天風呂に浸かりながら富士山を見れないのは残念でした。

Perfect location

The view was incredible from the room, furniture and carpet is a bit out dated and the hotel didn’t have enough amenities (cotton buds, shower cap etc). There was a buffet dinner and breakfast which was great, overall would love to stay here again because the view made the stay amazing!!

大変サービスが良かった。手違いで子どもを頭数に入れられてなかったが、快く対応してくれた。食事の案内も良く、子どもがいたのだか、気分良く食事ができた。ホテル自体は年季が入っているが、また利用したいと思える宿泊地だった。

景観最高、アットホームなサービス

朝夕の食事付きで、夕食のバイキングが18:00,18:30,19:00だったのですが、遅いトラックがずっと前に居てなかなか到着出来ず、19:0ギリギリにチェックイン。間に合って良かったです。1戸建て貸切と悩みましたが、レストランからも、部屋からも、大浴場からも、湖越しの大迫力の富士山が見えて、2泊目に河口湖駅まで送迎してくれたり、清掃済みの気持ち良い部屋に戻れ、カニ脚もサービスしてくれて、ここにして正解だったと思いました。鍵は部屋に一つで、自分で開け閉めするので、男湯女湯にわかれて行く時は、注意が減って必要。

3人で泊まりましたが、3台目のベッドもじゅうぶんなサイズで、ゆっくり眠れました。

部屋から富士山が大きくクリア！

ホテルには暗くなってから到着、朝起きて窓を開けた時に、富士山が大きく綺麗に見えたのには驚きました。ホテル、部屋ともに古さが所々感じられましたが、広く、きちんと清掃されており、不快な感じはありませんでした。スタッフの年齢層が高いかなとの印象を持ちましたが、接遇態度が丁寧で、安心、信頼が置けました。大浴場、露店風呂からの富士山を楽しみにしていましたが、囲いが高く、湯船に浸かりながら楽しむことができなかったのが残念です。
