Amazing room!

such an incredible room! great area of town too, walking distance to everything. Rooftop access with seating and a basketball court! Rooms are huge with a separate living area, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Shower was great too

Not the best stay

Nice view and large space. Windows were tinted. Window shades were broken and only covered half of the window in one kf the room. Very noisy neighbors ( thin walls) are could hear screaming and fighting. Security did not come up to check on them as the fighting and yelling. And banging ocdurred all night through the morning. Terrible customer service when asking for 1 hour to check out based on the lack of security and sleep due to the noise. It was a very slow weekend and checking out on a Sunday. With all of the great hotels on the area, don’t really feel the need to return.

Pros & Cons: Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous and the rooms are amazing! They are very large, the bathroom is large with a huge shower and the main room is excellent. One could easily stay for a month! Cons: The 2 front desk men were rude and very unpleasant. The elevators and our entire floor reaked

Seating issues with 2 bedroom suite

The room was amazing and everything worked well the only issue we had was we got a 2 bedroom suite and they had one 2 person couch and then wall with no seating on the side the chairs were not comfortable at the island to sit for extended periods could easily be remedied with another sofa or some comfortable chairs on the side with the wall, other than that everything was amazing just 4 adults had no room to sit comfortably together

Wonderful Place To Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay other than the picture of the place on the web did not match the place we were given. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to multiple restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our time there after adjusting to the place not matching the website photos.

Penthouse Suite!

Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. Plus a full kitchen. Will definitely recommend to family/friends. Would love to stay here again.
