Awesome staff

The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again.

Terrible wouldn’t stay here. If you want to feel safe and clean don’t stay here because our key card worked for our door and our neighbours and even when locking the door on the inside staff can still enter. The water came out brown and clearly a problem for a while because the tiles and sink where the water hit was stained a darker colour. Condition of the cupboards and shelf’s broken hanging off and chip board exposed, windows cobwebs in and out, curtains so stained. Pretty awful stay, hotel were told about the issues but change of key and a spray down the plug holes which done nothing was the solution they don’t care once they got your money what can you do. Internet awful.

Cost-effective, good location and comfortable to stay. You can use a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The building is a bit old and the shower is a little inconvenient, because there is no soap dish or something similar in the shower booth. Attention, the reception does not take any letters or parcels from outside for you, so it is not possible to ask Amazon to ship anything to the hotel reception in your place.

Tivemos duas reservas nesse mesmo local. Tivemos a reserva inicial de 3 noites e decidimos aumentar para mais uma. Na reserva inicial, nosso quarto tinha um mal cheiro, mas abrindo as janelas resolvia e o aquecedor funcionava bem para aquecer l quarto depois. Conversamos para nós manter no mesmo quarto para não ter que tirar as coisas e colocar em outro, mas não foi possível. Devido a isso, na noite extra que reservamos, ficamos em outro quarto, muito melhor, com utensílios e mobílias mais novos, porém ficamos sem água quente. Mas no geral, recomendo muito o local, ótimo atendimento e muito bem localizada
