Our stay was wonderful, the staff was so friendly and considerate, they know we arrived on an early flight and we were exhausted they put us in area that would not hear much noise so we can rest. This hotel is in the middle of everything in the most beautiful town, you can literally see everything from the balcony. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends.

Excelente hotel en hermoso barrio y súpe personal.
Excellent location in Jalatlaco neighborhood, the hotel has a beautiful architectural design and has many spacious rooms and lounging areas. Todo el personal es súper amable, la comida deliciosa y el hotel es bastante grande. Los cuartos tienen diseño simple y elegante, el estilo del lugar es mexicano contemporáneo con muy buen gusto.

The maintenance staff struggled to fix things. Like the toilet. Came 3 times and kept saying it was fixed but it wasn’t. Also the fitness center was not useable the entire stay. The treadmills don’t work at all and the ellipticals work but turn off randomly. Reported it to staff 4 times and kept being told they would be fixed but never were. Had to pay out of pocket at a local gym. Other than the maintenance issues, everything else was great. Front desk staff was super helpful and pleasant as well as all the servers in the restaurant/bar. Just gotta figure out how to keep things working in the hotel effectively and you all will be #1.

Excelente servicio, el personal fue muy amable y demasiado dispuestos a ayudar siempre (con las maletas, con atenciones, etc) Llegamos temprano el día que empezaba nuestra reservación y nos dieron la habitación al llegar. El lugar es muy bonito, lo único que le falta es tener más luz natural en las habitaciones. Felicidades a todo el personal! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas!
