We loved this property! Would absolutely stay again. Very unique and authentically Mexican property. Our room was very nice with a built in kitchenette and pleasing decor and furniture. AC worked great and beds were soft. Only a few steps away from playa Norte and many amazing bars and restaurants were connected to the front of the property. Management and staff was very nice and helpful. Our massages from the spa were also amazing! All around great experience.

I really can't say enough wonderful things about Hotel Paradise Suites! Alex, the manager, is wonderful! Very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The place is lovely, great location, very comfortable. I kind of want to keep it a secret but also wish them great success. We'll definitely be booking again!

the first night I was given the wrong room, two beds instead of 1 king, the second night they upgraded us to an executive room with a king which was great. The hotel has much potential, loved the art around it and location was near the beach but not enough staff keeping up with cleaning rooms and common area, so parts of the garden looked very abandoned and trashy. I heard music through my bathroom window one day and a "male worker" was on his phone watching videos for 2 hours. without proper management this hotel will go under and it's a pity.

Beautiful little gem with great location.

The property is a little gem in a great location. It’s not a big fancy resort, it’s a quiet, private place with only 12 rooms and a clean pool. It’s very close to Mia reef beach and the beach bars. Beautiful street! The property manager Alex is definitely a reason we enjoyed our stay so much. She was very kind, accommodating and handled anything we needed. 6 min walk to the best beach you’ve ever seen!

The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Overall the property seemed quite run down and very outdated. There is a hot tub near the pool but it was in horrible condition. If they aren’t going to keep it up they should remove it. Also the common areas / buildings were very dilapidated and run down. I’m sure this was a stylish hotel “back in the day” and it has potential to shine again ….. but needs investment and attention in my opinion.

Horrible! Nothing Like Pictures.

Very run down hotel. Grounds a mess. Trash, construction materials everywhere. No pool chairs, just falling down structures on stilts with dirty mattresses. Kleenex stuck in hole in wall above tv, ripped bath towels, dirty, stained couch. Water under doors into room when rained. Maid, Ruthie, did a good job with awful room.

Very difficult to communicate with property manager, kept being told to use the --------- app which is obviously not helpful. The air conditioning works great, and I thought the bed was comfortable however the absolute worst pillows I have ever encountered. We didn't get our room cleaned one day which is pretty important when it's so hot, muggy, and sandy and the water faucets spray out sideways so you can't wash your hands or brush your teeth without getting an upper body shower. Our friends encountered roaches and sewage back-up, we did not however. I would only recommend if you're on a budget, we will not stay here again.

Great place close to beautiful beach

This place was a gem.Alex the manager was a pleasure. Room was very clean and spacious . Had everything you needed kitchen with fridge ,microwave,hot plate.dishes ,blender coffee pot. We only used the fridge but everything was there. They even had the big jug of water so you didn’t have to buy any. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. Your front patio had a table and chairs plus a sofa.out your back door you had a clothes line to hang up wet clothes. They had a massage hut right outside our door.I had a hour massage with Patrica and would highly recommend . We spent 3 nights and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Alex was a pleasure meeting you and your staff.
