Booked two double rooms. Night staff only gave me one, and I had to stand firm and show my booking online to get the 2nd room.
2nd room then ended up being a twin.
We complained in the morning, and were told that we had to email the owner, and they would then decide what to do with the complaint (bonkers! Can you imagine going into any other retail situation and being told that?!)
Day staff did confirm that, quite clearly, there were two double rooms on the booking.
