The apartment was close to lots of restaurants, shops, and a convenience store. Rideshare drivers could easily find me. My unit was simple and clean. Getting in and out of the building was easy. Great heating and good indoor air quality. There is a lot of street noise. This didn’t bother me but light sleepers who don’t want to use the provided earplugs could be disturbed. I’d stay again!

We had trouble finding the door/parking to enter the building. The balcony faces a liquor store and nightclub so it’s not quiet. Other than that the inside was wonderful and walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants.

This is a great spot for a quick trip to Nashville. We have a son graduating in Dallas next month and we’re going consider Mint properties for that trip as well. This place was clean, well stocked, walkable to lots of things we’re interested in. We come to Nashville frequently and this location is on the list of places to stay again.

First time in Nashville and would definitely stay here again. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Didn’t use kitchen appliances but had everything needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Stayed here with a friend but would bring family here without hesitation. Communication during build up to stay was excellent and check-in procedure was sent, as promised, 24 hours before arrival. Parking in underground car park was reasonably priced and extremely convenient.

Very nice place, comfortable and cozy. It was pretty busy and noisy with the outside traffic and roof top bar across the parking lot but I love the location because it was close to little shops and eating places so the noise was expected. The only real complaint I have is the keurig didn’t work but there was a coffee shop within walking distance so it was fine.
