Wow, no more breakfast service.

Still there are other alternatives for eating by walking distance

Stayed here before, great property in convenient, quiet location, with really helpful staff.

Lovely sized room, underground secure parking, impeccably clean. Thanks for a lovely comfy bed.

The only thing was I was in Room 403 and got traffic noise from front & side

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was large although the shower is open and took a little time to get used to. The external signage could be improved to identify the hotel better.

Free parking was great and loved the quiet rooms. The free internet is easy to connect to and fast enough.

真實評價

10/10 完美

The room was simple - no nonsense - and equivalent to the nice low price. Just what I wanted and needed. Everything was super-clean, staff were extremely accommodating to special requirements, respected our privacy, extremely eager to assist, unlimited coffee, tea and milk. Top recommendation for small and/or young families.

Close to other facilities that I needed to go to. Nothing else to add to the previous comment. Thank you.

Close to everything in Canberra Due for a upgrade especially the elevator.

A MICROWAVE WOULD BE NICE WITH SOME CUTLERY TO USE.
真實評價

8/10 很好

Very good check in communication regarding after hours key pickup and parking instructions. Comfy beds with towels for 3 of us. (Many hotels only put out 2 towels so we appreciated not having to request an additional one on arrival.) Air conditioning was not adjustable so someone always had the air blowing right on their face. The cupboard doors were about to fall off their hinges and the shampoo/soap containers needed refilling. A little maintenance and attention to detail would have made our stay much more pleasant, but overall it was a good stay.

Easy after hours check in and room was neat and clean
真實評價

The property is generally a bit shabby. There is only one lift, and there is nothing in the way of amenities other than a clock & a hairdryer - no restaurant, cafe or room service operating on-site during my stay. I understand that it has changed ownership, but I have stayed there previously, when it had great services
