First off, the address listed is not and I repeat, NOT the address for the apartment.   When we got to the office to check in for 3 nights, I was told on the 3rd day I would need to change apartments.  I was not informed earlier and traveling with a 3,7,78, and 85 year old, packing 2nd night and then again to check out was very very inconvenient. 
Also we had no hot water or heat in the 2nd location.  It was 40 degrees and super cold.  When we informed the hotel they sent someone by the time we were ready to check out.  To make matters worse they told us that it was probably our fault that the power to the water heater was turned off.  
Avoid at all cost, go to a different location.  The staff is not understanding and just does not care.
