Great hotel, great locations.
This hotel is in a great spot, really close to transport. The rooms are lovely and pretty spacious. The bathroom was very well appointed. There is a great pool in the hotel and the laundry downstairs was super convenient. The staff were really helpful and looked after our bags for us after we had checked out.

Great Hotel
I stayed here for a night. Great location. Very close to City Hall subway station and lots of coffee shops, restaurants, convience store and pharmacy very close to the hotel. Room was in excellent condition. I enjoyed using the pool - for not extra charge - which does not seem to be common these days. Most hotels charge quite a lot extra, so that was very nice to have a pool and gym to use included in the cost. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced. I found all the staff to be kind and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

I plan to stay here on every trip to Seoul as long as the price stays reasonable. I love the location: easy walking to the metro, some great restaurants nearby (shoutout to Jojo Kalguksu across the street) and Deuksugung Palace. This is a great base for exploring Seoul.

Bathroom needs major improvement
I have a Luxury King Size room, so it is very spacious. But the clean level is very poor. We can see the dust all over the Fan and the washroom is full of germ, which caused a black line along the wall and the bathtub . Due to the design of the bath room, the water run along from the edge to the floor.

Spent a few days with this hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and relatively spacious. There are few eateries nearby, some are really good. However, it is not so near to the metro, but walkable 10-15 mins walk. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with a reasonable cost.

Excellent except some mistake made the last day
Our stay had been excellent until the last day. We were waken up at 3:50am by a wake up call even we didn’t request the wake up call. When checking out we were asked to return a charger that we never requested. It turned out that someone at the hotel had placed the wake up call the charger to my account by mistake probably due to language barrier. Someone who requested the wake up call probably missed the wake up call. Other that this the hotel has been excellent, the location is near the subway exit, room is very clean, house keeping does an excellent job every day and make us feel very comfortable after return to the room.

Family vacation
A family of four booked 2 rooms right across from each other. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and gym daily. The location is perfect for foodies. Even though there was something political happening during our stay, the staff made us feel welcomed, going out of their way to call Ubers and recommend excellent restaurants near by.
