The good stuff: the location is great with lots of food options and a mall in walking distance, as well as some beautiful outdoors, and the staff are friendly and do their job well. Special shout out to the laundry service that cleaned any amount of clothes for just 1000Ksh a pop.
The not so good stuff: the Wi-Fi in the room was patchy at best, nonexistent at worst. The bed was probably the worst I've slept in: a worn-out mattress and fluffy pillow combined to offer barely any back or neck support, leading to a lot of painkillers being a necessity. Also, the heater for the shower seemed to be wired a bit dangerously as I got some electric tingles from the taps turning off the water.
