Se hospedar no coroa vermelha é maravilhoso. Minha experiência nesse resort foi muito boa, gostei muito e com certeza ficou o gostinho de quero mais e de voltar logo... Prós: Hotel limpo, funcionários atenciosos, comida a toda hora e saborosa (com noites temáticas), bebidas com frutas frescas, o quarto bem espaçoso e limpo. A Área do beach club muito organizada, agradável, funcionários queridos... Contras: Achei que faltou bangalôs com área para descanso nos espaços do hotel, ou você fica na área da piscina ou no seu quarto. O Hotel tem muito espaço, poderia por bangalôs ou redes nessas áreas mais afastadas do agito da piscina para quem gostaria de relaxar, ler... A área que o hotel esta situada é ótima, longe da muvuca, excelente para quem busca descansar. O mar em frente é uma delícia, água com boa temperadtura, limpa e com leves ondas...

Amei o hotel , o atendimento, quarto e o all inclusive. De muita qualidade e opções , todos os funcionários atenciosos. Como tinha lido em outros comentários eles não permitem entrar antes das 15:00 horas ,porém na saída eles permitem almoçar depois da checkout. Toda noite tem show ao vivo , lual , e pra crianças cuidadores e gincanas. Fica a dica da piscina ser aquecida , muito gelada acho que foi o único ponto negativo seja isso.

Pontos positivos: comida variada, limpeza, localização, praia muito bonita, toalhas e roupas de cama boas Pontos negativos: chegamos no hotel às 14:50 e a recepção estava um caos!!!! Atendimento péssimo na recepção, muita desorganização…. Liberaram nosso quarto às 16 horas. Água da piscina muito gelada, atendimento da menina que fazia os lanches da tarde (Pizzas e hambúrgueres) muito ruim, box do banheiro não abria a porta, estava emperrada…. Enfim, tem muitas coisas a serem melhoradas….

Experiência maravilhosa! A comida é excelente, com tempero suave e muito saborosa – ideal para todos os paladares. O atendimento foi impecável! Todos os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e receptivos. É importante ficar atento aos horários das refeições, pois cada serviço tem um período específico: • Café da manhã • Chá da tarde • Jantar • Petiscos Os petiscos normalmente são servidos no bar da área de lazer. Também há um bar na praia, que funciona em horários específicos – então vale a pena se informar direitinho para aproveitar tudo. Cada dia é uma nova experiência gastronômica, com pratos variados, muitos deles regionais, que eu simplesmente adorei! Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do check-in (que começa às 15h) e aguardamos confortavelmente na recepção. Enquanto isso, tivemos acesso ao espaço kids, aos banheiros e até a alguns petiscos disponíveis, o que tornou a espera muito mais tranquila. O check-out é ao meio-dia. Após sairmos do quarto, deixamos as malas na recepção e ainda conseguimos almoçar com calma antes de ir embora, o que foi ótimo. A única observação é mesmo o horário fixo do check-in. De resto, só tenho elogios. Gostei muito da estadia e com certeza voltaria!
