Estadia comprometida por informação inverídica

Estadia comprometida pela promessa de ingresso no Acqua Park Di Roma, que não se concretizou. Deram somente um desconto de 30,00 reais por ingresso. Me hospedei lá porque a divulgação do quarto dizia que o Parque estaria incluído.

Foi pessimo

Foi otima tirando a parte do banheiro que estava com um mau cheiro tive que ir no mecado compar bom ar a porta da entrada estava raspando no chao so tinha duas panelaa sem tampas nao tinha uma sanducheira a janela da cozinha nao abria por conta de uma astre que estava quebrada e olha que esta e a segunda vez que fico no mesmo apartamento na primeira vezes estava melhor

Bom custo benefício, mas carece de melhorias.

Excelente custo benefício, porém carece de alguma melhorarias. O quarto apresentou mal cheiro devido ao retorno do esgoto nos ralos do banheiro. Além disso, alguns itens apresentavam desgastes, como rasgos e ferrugem. Contudo, foi um boa experiência. Recomendo, desde que melhorem essas observações.

O valor da hospedagem foi caro,.por ser so hospedagem, nao tivemos direito a nada, nem acesso aos parques e nem cafe da manha, e nem roupas de cama e toalhas, a cama nao era confortavel, cochao de mola horrivel.

A hospedagem é muito boa, porém gostaria de fazer uma observação, a geladeira não estava funcionando muito bem o que pode ser algo ruim para que irá ficar muitos dias. Gostei de como o hotel acolhe os cachorrinhos de rua e o contato com a natureza.

A casa em sí é boa, quartos espaçosos, o que pecou e muito, foi ter recebido a casa com os colchoes fedidos a urina, e cheios de carrapatos. Me disseram que iriam detetizar, quando eu solicitei a troca de alguns colchões mas nao houve detetizaçao, onde eu tive que jogar álcool.

Olá! Minha estádia foram de 6 dias, o apartamento 096 constatei que é de uma imobiliária e não do resort, o banheiro está com o box quebrado molhando todo o banheiro, ducha higiênica também quebra, fogão elétrico de duas bocas que não dá para fazer uma refeição,as tomadas dos equipamentos são de três pinos e as das paredes de dois, TV de tubo antiga,varal de roupas quebrado, precisam dar manutenção para alugar pois o preço deste ap não vale apena tem outros melhores dentro deste resort. Quanto ao lazer oferecido poderiam aquecer as piscinas pois não ficam com as águas quentes e sim mais para fria. A estrutura do resort é bom e os funcionários bem educados.
