For me location is the most important part. Here, the location was very good. Piazza de San Marco, the heart of Venezia is only 10 minutes walk. Received excellent service from Claudia and Romona. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful small boutique hotel with warm and friendly staff, who helped us with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious enough and well air-conditioned. The hotel was located on a lovely square and was very convenient for sightseeing. I particularly liked that before we arrived the hotel contacted me to ask whether we wanted our rooms made up as doubles or twins. And they also booked our water taxi to the airport for us before we arrived.

What a beautiful little boutique hotel. So comfortable and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
