Localização e receptividade.

Hotel localizado bem no centro de Urubici. Confortável, sem grandes luxos. Funcionários da recepção bastante simpáticos em especial o Marcelo que na chegada fez questão de mostrar sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade inclusive sobre novos que estão surgindo.

Quarto confortável , sem luxo mas fiel a proposta do hotel , bom banho , limpo , café da manhã muito gostoso ,bolos deliciosos … só acho que poderiam rever os canais de TV pois caso chova e vc não tenha outra opção os canais são poucos e a qualidade da imagem é péssima , como minha intenção não era olhar TV a mim não fez falta .

Damos a melhor avaliação para o hotel, incluindo o quarto, o espaço do café da manhã e o café da manhã, a localização no centro de Urubici, e o atendimento da equipe. Uma menção especial é dedicada ao recepcionista Alex, que atua também como guia turístico. Além de nos ter atendido muito bem na recepção, esteve bem acima dos seus serviços de guia levando não só a alguns dos lugares mais fascinantes da serra, mas orientando as escolhas como um amigo faria. Por tudo que vivenciamos em Urubici, pretendemos voltar. O Alex deve ser visto como um patrimônio do hotel. Sugerimos que o hotel ponha mais fotos no site de suas instalações, para que as pessoas saibam quão belos são seus ambientes, como o refeitório, por exemplo. E que ponham no You Tube um vídeo atualizado. Visitem também o Restaurante Umami, anexo ao hotel. Com ótima comida e ótima conversa com o Henrique, chefe da casa.
