Pleasant stay but not for everyone
Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility, independence and no language barrier.

The property was older which meant you can clearly hear all outside sounds. Pretty sure there was a restaurant under usas late at night you could hear the trash being taken out. You could also hear talking until early in the morning. Having said that if you want to be where everything is happening then this is the place. You go out the front door make a left and the famous bridge is a block and a half away if you go right then right again you are in a famous square with lots is statues. Overall I loved the location

Great space with some glaring flaws. There are easy fixes to most of the flaws, but can't give place high marks with the flaws. First, there is no place to put soap in the shower. A liquid soap dispenser should be attached to the wall of shower. In addition, shower head leaks terribly. Closet setup totally inadequate. Lovely piece for hanging and stacking clothes, but it doesn't work. Not enough space. Unfortunately the neighbor on the floor is a real downer. Fortunately, however, even her bad manners couldn't ruin a fabulous trip to Florence. BTW the picture of the view is false advertising, the apartment looks out at a back alley.

Great accommodations
We rented a studio that was well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, queen bed and a sleeper sofa. More than we needed and we did not cook at all, but the kitchen was so nice it was a bit of a shame! We felt like locals coming out of our apartment each day, and it was so nice to end the day in such roomy accommodations. I would love to come back and stay awhile here and really enjoy the place!

Appartement très agréable et à la situation exceptionnelle. L'accueil est très bon et il y a toutes les commodités. Seul petit point négatif, le bruit car l'appartement n'a pas de double vitrage.

Good value in great location
Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! Management were very responsive and helpful. Overall we felt like it was worth what we paid.

Fantastic apartment with all you could need. Only down side was the noise from steeet as we travelled with kids. Excellent communication and perfect location.

Amazing location. Very clean apartment. Warm welcome and lots of useful information to make the best of our visit. Firenze rentals are client oriented and its staff provides great value and excellent service. We highly recommend them.

The property was very rundown and old and smelled like a mold. My husband has a severe allergy to mold, and we actually had to leave a day early because he couldn’t breathe. I did not recommend this property at all.

This apartment was in a great location. All the sights, shopping and restaurants were right outside the door. They were willing to adjust the pre-arrainged meeting time due to a last minute change of plans because of a train strike. I would definitely use them again.

Older property. Run down, but clean. Expect 3 star, so maybe $ for value. Communication was excellent. Bed comfy. Noisy restaurant downstairs and in a VERY busy area. Big room, nice kitchen with washing machine.

We rented an apartment and from the pictures had the impression that there is a view to the Duomo. Instead it was a view to a back street Regardless, the apartment was very good, spacious and located very close, walking distance, to all tourist attractions. We enjoyed the facility. Communication from the property management was great.

Great property. Minor recommendations listed
Very good property. Would stay again for family of 4 adults. +Location, AC, amenities, Diego check in smooth with good English, -Address of 34 Guelfa not listed correctly. Almost went to rental agency office. -host should use WhatsApp to communicate since calling on mobile is expensive -shower pressure is low -downstairs bedroom needs a mini fan -should mark bottom stair step with caution tape because it's extra tall
