The cleaning staff were Great people. The manager was rude she had no patience at for holding teams there. She thought that the parents didn’t speak Spanish and the kids. And everyone understood. And she was just not a happy camper from the beginning. She had no customer service skills at all. Neither of her front staff either. They need to go to some Chick-fil-A training camps for sure. Then we get to our room and it look like somebody died in it. The pullout mattress had blood and yellow stains all over it. The staff was so helpful to get exchange. But still my 13 year old daughter saw it and it was the first thing she saw. The pullout mattress had no cover and when my daughter saw she said to me was that somebody had died in our room. How do i explain to child after that it’s okay and we can still sleep there. It was Just not a good experience the whole weekend

Ice machine on first floor was broken, stayed here over a month ago and it was broken then as it is now, big inconvenience for those on the first floor. Only 1 elevator working so wait time was longer than it should. Breakfast was delicious but they ran out of certain items 30 minutes after opening and that’s not right. My fellow travel ball parents didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast. Staff was exceptionally good and friendly.

They apparently don’t feel the parking lot is their responsibility to keep safe for their guests. Had over $1,000 stollen from my truck, and all management could say was , “ yes this happens a lot here..” , if it happened inside the hotel of course it be our responsibility, but because your truck was in the parking lot we are not responsible..”;

The property is listed as “soundproof” but it’s not, I could hear the next door neighbor. I arrived & asked if I could check in, person on desk said “try in about 1-2hrs” i said, “is that because they r cleaning the room?” She replied “yes”..I get back, Allie was phenomenal..I get to my room and the bed was not cleaned/changed from the previous guest, I had to lay towels on the bed/pillow so I could sleep in. I think changing linens is the minimum expectation of a hotel worker.

Can do better ..

Started off as a rough stay when we were hoping for an early check-in, but arrived to find out rooms still weren’t ready at 3pm check in time. Ended up taking another 45 mins to get room. The luggage carts are all either being used or hidden somewhere in the hotel. The like for the Waffle maker at continental breakfast Buffett was longer than the line at the DMV. Maybe invest in an additional waffle iron for the busy weekends?? Staff was nice and tried to help, but they can’t give me back the time we sat around waiting for a room and the waffle line.

Staff at the front desk were extremely rude to me. I called the front desk regarding fees and was given misinformation. I spoke to two ladies and I had to cancel my reservation at 3pm check in because of that and I just didn’t feel comfortable staying there. My phone was dying so I went to charge my phone outside the facility in order to look for another room. The staff began to yell at me from inside as soon as I plugged the phone up. They told me that I needed to leave now and that the outlets are for guests only.. being very hostile. I have never experienced being treated like that and I didn't expect it cause the interaction was less than 3 mins between each other. I will not even think to book with this hotel ever.
