Location is great, front desk is slow, breakfast is terrible. They have set breakfast menu and one can choose one fruit, Coffee or bottled juice and a break (pastry etc.), and eat one the go or in your room. My suggestion : if you like it for its location, book without breakfast and spend that breakfast moneys into a near by restaurant (plenty of options around).

The photos are not the standard rooms and the photo of the lobby is not the actual lobby. The beds are not comfortable, the bathroom was not well-maintained. The entire hotel is dated and the only consolation is its location. It's close to everything you want to go.

Good location but a bit tired

Hotel location is very good but the building is very tired …it appears that renovations are planned but not evidenced yet. Room air conditioning was barely adequate and bathroom sink plug inoperable but a good walk-in shower and pretty good bed. Front door & reception staff were lovely

The hotel is centrally located, we were very pleased with the area, walking distance to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park we took a taxi to the 9/11 Memorial Museum but most of the time we walked. Front desk as well as all employees were very hospitable and friendly, the hotel is under renovation so taking that in consideration overall is was great especially since the room is a very good size only complaint hubby had was the mattress which I'm sure they will change with the remodeling.

It was not clear what the remodeling meant beforehand so when we got there we found no restaurant (had to have a grab and go breakfast standing up), no seating at the lobby, and the room was so hot we had to crack open the window on our 18th floor room and have a fan brought up.

Our stay was pleasant. Our room on 21st floor was clean and recently renovated as was our entire floor. Unfortunately based on other guests comments, lower level floors are very run down and have yet to be upgraded as of September 2025.
