My second time at this hotel. Good location for shopping and other sightseeing, nice christmas market nearby in december Staff really nice, good drinks and nice view at the bar from 18th floor.

Really nice weekend stay
Overall a really nice stay. The hotel has a perfect location right next to Alexanderplatz railway station, so it is very easy to arrive there for example from the airport with a direct train. The hotel itself is quite modern and in a nice and clean shape. The size of our room was a bit small, but apart from that there was nothing to complain. The rooftop bar on the 18th floor is quite crowded but if you manage to get there it provides really nice view over the city. The breakfast is a bit pricey (approx 17€ per person) but has a large variety - kindly notice though that they are not offering any warm food but are mostly focusing on bakery products. The reception personnel was really friendly and had a great sense of humour - This was a big plus. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying in this hotel again while we are in Berlin next time.

Such a great hotel to stay in! My room was nice and clean, and the staff were really welcoming. The location was top tier with public transportation and all the shops you would need only a short walk away. I also visited their rooftop bar which is not an outside bar but still had some tasty drinks like the New York cheesecake!

We stayed here with our older sons, on a weekend trip. It is in a great location, easy access to all transport. The hotel is lovely, very clean , but the rooms are small. The bars are lovely and very welcoming, It was delight to return here every evening after our day trips.

Nice hotel that couldn't be more centrally placed if your plan is to check out all the Berlin sights. Room nice with everything needed although definitely not the biggest room I've seen. One downside is the lack of parking - you have to park at a nearby mall and although that is doable it's not ideal.
