The perfect place to stay in Porto
This place was even better than it looks in the pictures. From the second I booked I was welcomed. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful. I was escorted to my room. The room was fabulous. The shower was hot and full and the best I’ve had in Europe. The room was a mini apartment with a separate well appointed kitchen. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The location was excellent - across from the market. Do yourself a favour and book this place for your stay in Porto. My only regret is that I had a flight booked, so couldn’t stay longer.

We selected this hotel because of the elevator as there is mobility impared in the family to use stairs down. The elevator was under maintenance and we not informed but they were very acommodating and went above to make sure we were comfortable. We fell in love with the room and the location . It had everything we needed and everything is closed by. We walked everything and the Bento and Bohliao metro and bus. Stations are walking distance. We immediatelly booked our next vacation stay already.

Expedia sent me a picture of the rented apartment at second floor. (Please see on the left.) However, when I got there I was given an apartment at first floor, completely different than the one I booked. The apartment building is an old refurbished building. Great bathrooms, (2), and kitchen, but lights in both areas, not so great. Not enough outlets, shaky tables, heavy chairs that made awful noises when moved. No benches for luggages. The apartments need a lot more care outside the kitchen and bathrooms. I did not understand why my room was changed. My wife did not want to say much about that on the spot, because she was tired to move again...However, we had A/C, that helped a bit, and the people at the main desk were really excellent!

Nice Hotel near shopping and Porto monuments
We were greeted at 9:00 p.m. by Paul and John, they were simply amazing people. Very helpful. Paul. Even got in the car with me and we drove to the parking structure and he showed me the best way back to the hotel. We walked together and talked. They were able to help us out with many different things that they do not offer at that hotel such as a massage and spa at a different hotel. One thing that personally We didn't like was that our room surrounded the elevator shaft so the room was shaped rather weird and there wasn't a closet per se. There was a bar to hang your clothes on. I think that part of the room we just ended up throwing our suitcases there and hanging up jackets and what not. Aside from that it was a really nice architecture and the inside was 1940s ish.

I was amazed that we'd rented an apartment but the property was run as a hotel. We had front desk, services, help with tourism, housekeeping and so much more. Everyone was accommodating, polite, and helpful. I'd never stayed in a place quite like it, but I certainly would stay again. I didn't like the washer/dryer unit for laundry, but it did work, and I wasn't expecting it; so it was all great. One of my most enjoyable trips ever.

Great area to be in! Right in the heart of Porto. Hotel staff communicated everything we need to know about the apartment check in and check out requirements. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful at the property. We could walk to the bridge, shopping, and several restaurants. We did not take an Uber while in town. The rooms were charming with an old world feel. The tall windows and doors, as well as the detail on the ceiling, were beautiful. However, the bathroom and kitchen were new, and the space was ample for two people. We will definitely book these accommodations again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was lovely and had plenty of room for the four of us. It was clean and very comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings. The apartments are basically run like a hotel, with a concierge service that was very helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations, and cleaning services also available. The famous Mercado is located literally right across the street, and there are also two grocery stores within a block. Walking to the more touristy sections of Porto only takes 10-15 minutes. Bolts/Ubers are also readily available and are extremely reasonable. A couple of times we took them late in the evening from the waterfront back to the apartment for approximately 5 Euros. We would definitely recommend both this property and YOUR OPO as the owner/operator.

We had a great stay at this amazing property in the lovely market area of Bolhao. The appartment is beautiful and furnished to a very high standard. Comfy bed wonderful kitchen and good bathroom with shower. The Youropo agents are very proactive friendly and keen to help. Great location near the metro station and market is directly across the street, along with famous Santa Catarina shopping street the next street over. Our unit had the kitchenette which also included a washing machine. A/C unit worked but a bit loud and also hard to get any cooler than 21-22celsius with the size of the room and height of ceiling. Overall great stay, great service and great location.
