駐車場も近く、ウェルカムドリンクもあり、お部屋も綺麗にしてありました。 食事も美味しく、食後にロビーでコーヒーやアルコールがフリーで置いてあり、囲炉裏を囲み足湯をしながら頂きました。囲炉裏ではマシュマロ焼きが出来ました。 お布団もとっても寝心地が良い物を使ってありました。 残念な所はお部屋にある露天風呂は中のパッキンが剥がれていました。 また部屋のお風呂はカビが多かったので、使いませんでした。 また機会があれば泊まらせてもらいたいです。

不會再入住的酒店

入住的體驗不好，預訂三人的榻榻米日式房間，空間很小，平排擺放三張床鋪後，基本上已沒有活動空間，行李箱要放在玄關門口，可能西伊豆地處偏僻，酒店周邊基本上是沒有食店的，若酒店不包括早餐或晚餐，要步行若20分鐘的路程才有一間7-11和兩間當地的食店，感覺有點荒涼

貸切露天風呂を予約して入りましたが、目立つ所の板が壊れていたり、目につく所に蜘蛛の巣があったりと非常に不快なでした。 ３０分２０００円という高額な貸切料金を取っているにもかかわらず、なぜこういうことになるのでしょう？ 他にも通常の露天風呂にも入りましたが、ふと上を見上げるとここにも天井に蜘蛛の巣が... 基本的な清掃やメンテナンスはして欲しいものです。 食事はとても美味しかったので非常に残念でした。

残念な宿

展望露天風呂を目的に予約をしたが、チェックインの際にボイラー故障で利用できない旨告げられた。全体的にメンテナンスが良くないから起こる事故なのではと思いますし、事前に連絡もできたのでは（キャンセルというチョイスもあった）。部屋からは近隣の住宅しか景色がなく、わざわざ西伊豆の宿に宿泊する利点がなかった。食事も地元の食材や旬の食材を生かした料理ではなくて品数を稼ぐために出来合いを寄せ集めたような食事で刺身も明らかに冷凍品、地鶏も調理法なのか大きいだけで地鶏とは思えない味。大風呂のシャワーも一部壊れて水しかでない。部屋もベットだけが真ん中にどかんとあるので、くつろぐ場所がなく、お茶もベットの上でいただいた。 ビジネスホテルに泊まってチェーンの居酒屋の安いコースを食べたような経験で再訪はない。 価格帯で行くとこの程度というレビューもありますが、近隣の宿では食事ももっとよいので、納得感がなく価格帯の話ならば西伊豆の民宿に泊まったほうが高い満足度がありますし旅館ということであれば５０００円～１万円たせばよいお宿もたくさんあるのでこの宿を選択する利点が皆無。 今時wifiもロビーだけというのも驚きで水もサービスなし、お風呂の外にある水もカップが補充されておらず飲めない等全体的に非常に残念。大好きな西伊豆で楽しみにしていただけにこの宿を選択したことを心から後悔している。
