Well I got there and requested a two a double bedroom instead of the King and I was charging excessive amount because of the change. When I know online they were the exact same price. Now coffee out of their machine in the lobby. No stirrers no napkins. The lids they had didn't fit the cup. Only a choice of regular sugar + container of creamer. The ride in the elevator be truthfully. Honest was quite scary, making a lot of unusual noises. Will never stay there again

Comfort and service are delightful
My say was a little bit hectic in the beginning but absolutely wonderfully me and you have an amazing set of Staff who not only helped you with anything that you needed but also was great conversation for the rough time that me and my family are going through with the passing of my dad if ever I'm in the area would Springs is where I will stay. not recommended for staying
the hotel room was not clean at all. the floors and the overall bed and everything was not clean. we didn’t even have an alarm clock. the lamp was broke. we couldn’t get towels ever because they where always being washed. the laundry room was undergoing maintenance and none of the staff alerted us when we could use it. i would not recommend. this place needs to do an overall 180

Não voltaria.
Aluguel uma suite com cozinha. Infelizmente tinha apenas um fogão, geladeira e micro ondas. Não havia nenhum pratos, copos, talheres e panelas. Nenhum material de limpeza. Na realidade a cozinha era para não ser usada. faltava toalhas, manta para a cama e cabides. Tivemos que comprar copos, panelas e artigos de limpeza de cozinha.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room however, it only had one chair so the other person always had to sit on the bed. Because it was along side the Florida turnpike, you could hear the traffic some.
