The room wasn’t horrible but the room floors looked and felt like they were never mopped. Wall were dirty and room was dusty. Could use a good wiped down. Bed was good and clean so was the toilet and sink. Ok stay for just one night, In and out.

The room was dirty-- blood stains on a pillow case, no shower curtain, toilet backed up, bath tub stopper didn't work and grime on the floor. Next door room looked like a drug party was going on. We left and stayed at a different hotel. Desk clerk was extremely kind. Could we get a refund?

The room floors were dirty. The toilet didn’t flush properly, my room smelled of smoke when I requested non smoking. The cleaning staff was smoking while cleaning rooms. There was no breakfast served when they advertised free breakfast. The only thing I liked was the tv and clean bed sheets.

There were cockroaches all over, mold, bathroom was sponge couldn’t even close it, bathtub was dirty and black and mold all over the ceiling, I ask for refund, we switched 2rooms and it was all the same and the blanket were nasty and smell like dirty feet, managements was rude l. Never again!!!

The room was not ready when we arrived. Room door was open. Staff took over one hour to prepared the room. The property is run down, door do not close and service is horrible. We ask for a discount siento the fact that the room was not clean or ready upon arrival at 11:45PM. They said they cannot give credit or partial refunds. This is not even close of what the pictures and the description shows.

Bad bug problem

The room that i had ended up having dead roaches in the drawers. Not to mention while i was in my room eating, i had roaches running across the table. I went to the front deak and told them to cancel my second night, the staff asked if everything was ok. I informed them about the bug problem. They said they were canceling my second night, the next day i went to the office and they still hadnt canceled my second night. My dad had a room as well and while taking a shower in his room,bugs were running in the bathroom.
