The hotel room we stayed in wasn’t the worst but needs many improvements. The walls need to be cleaned. The appliances need to be replaced; the fridge worked when it wanted to. One of the queen beds had a broken leg & we had to keep putting the mattress back on the frame. The outlet between the beds barely worked. An exterminator also needs to visit the hotel. There were ants coming out of the cracks surrounding the AC unit on the first night. When we asked for an upgrade, we were told by front desk staff that we would have to pay more. There were no other vacancies nearby so we bought our own ant/roach spray from Walmart across the street and luckily we did because on night 3, baby roaches started to appear from various cracks in the walls as well. Will not be staying there again.

Very friendly and kind. The hotel needs work. Faucet remained running continuously. The bathroom had a bad odor. For the price and the a friendly staff, it was a lot easier to ever look. Again staff is very kind and eager tomeet any needs we had.

Broken elevator and we are sitting at senior citizen with luggage and had to take steps mold and shower pillows were in bad shape, clean pillowcases, but dirty old pillows need to be replaced. Young people at the desk not very helpful. Wanted fresh coffee and was told it’s done in the morning only even though you’re a hotel known for 24 hours a day fresh coffee.

The catering staff was SO NICE. The front desk was mediocre at best. The elevators are not working.

The elevators didn't work, and we had a young child and lots of luggage to carry up the stairs. It was alot of money to pay for an "okay" place to stay. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites with better experiences there.

Carolyn and Loretta made our stay wonderful. They were so kind as we ate our breakfast with my two small grand babies. So friendly and kind. The elevator was out the three nights we were there which was very inconvenient with two small kids yikes. But the pool and these two employees made up for this annoying situation

Came to the area on a short family vacation. Great location for the shops of Elijay, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Amicalola State Park. Had a very late check in and the person at the desk was very friendly. Very clean room. Hot breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend this motel.
