Amazing staff. The rooms were clean, the A/C worked fine, washer and dryer were available although the dryer was subpar. The place was quiet. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, muffins, etc.

The hotel room we stayed in wasn’t the worst but needs many improvements. The walls need to be cleaned. The appliances need to be replaced; the fridge worked when it wanted to. One of the queen beds had a broken leg & we had to keep putting the mattress back on the frame. The outlet between the beds barely worked. An exterminator also needs to visit the hotel. There were ants coming out of the cracks surrounding the AC unit on the first night. When we asked for an upgrade, we were told by front desk staff that we would have to pay more. There were no other vacancies nearby so we bought our own ant/roach spray from Walmart across the street and luckily we did because on night 3, baby roaches started to appear from various cracks in the walls as well. Will not be staying there again.

I did not like that I got bit by bedbugs the first night that I was there. The staff did not apologize, or management did not answer to my compliant. still have the marks and suffer all week because of it.

There are only 2 hotels to stay at in Ellijay so this is the one we picked . Ellijay isn’t a fancy town to begin with so , you can’t expect luxury here . The room had an odor like Clorox and stagnant water and the shower floor didn’t look very clean . We only stayed one night so we didn’t go in the shower . The beds seemed clean enough and were made up nicely . The front desk people weren’t rude but weren’t nice either . Next time I think we are going to shoot for an Airbnb

Very friendly and kind. The hotel needs work. Faucet remained running continuously. The bathroom had a bad odor. For the price and the a friendly staff, it was a lot easier to ever look. Again staff is very kind and eager tomeet any needs we had.
