Rude Staff and Dirty Room –Completely Unacceptable
I had a very disappointing experience during check-in at this hotel. The receptionist was unfriendly from the start and showed no willingness to help. When I got to my room, the bathroom was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. I called the front desk to report it, and her response was, “I don’t have any cleaning staff, deal with it tomorrow”, said with a rude and dismissive attitude. I felt completely ignored as a guest. This kind of service and cleanliness is not acceptable in any hotel. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

Muy mal servicio
La habitación algo sucia, no había shampoo ni acondicionador. Yo soy miembro Gold y pedí late check out y me querían cobrar 1,500 pesos, que porque yo en sus miembros de Hampton no era gold.
