Ideales Hotel für die Durchreise

Ideal für die Durchreise, da nähe Autobahn. Parkplatz kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet.(Kein Wasserkocher, Föhn usw. vorhanden.) Leichtes rauschen von der Autobahn zu hören, ansonsten ruhig.

Problème avec règlement

Hôtel calme et bien isolé, juste le drap plat au lieu de drap housse non confortable. Pour le règlement il était stipulé que cela se ferait à notre arrivée et que les coordonnées de la carte bancaire juste pour assurer la confirmation. Voulant utiliser un autre mode de paiement, j' ai eu la surprise de voir que ma carte avait déjà été débité.

Première et derniere fois.

Ménage de la chambre très approximatif. Coulures sur les murs et la porte de la salle de bains, douche à rincer avant de faire la première douche, poussière un peu partout. La grille de la VMC dans la salle de bains était un vrai nid à poussière. Ce n'est pas parce que ce n'est pas à hauteur des yeux qu'il faut ne pas vérifier la propreté. Budget, ne veux pas dite sale... Autre bémol, le service. Le matin de ce mercredi 22 mai, deux femmes à l'accueil entrain de rigoler pendant qu'une femme de ménage s'affaire seule dans les étages. Et que dire du soir de ce 22 mai ou la personne en charge de la réception est vu à un nombre de fois important entrain de fumer sa cigarette devant la porte de l'hôtel avec le badge de l'hôtel. Et ça discute sans dire bonsoir ! Un vrai manque de professionnalisme. Dans un secteur de parc des expositions, l'hôtel doit se remplir facilement. Cela ne devrais pas empêcher la qualité des services et l'hygiène. Je suis commercial, je suis souvent à l'hôtel et vraiment, le Ibis Budget ne me fidelisera pas. C'est pourtant la base du commerce. Il faut revoir l'exigence du groupe Accor sur son service entrée de gamme. J'ai vu des Formule 1 plus accueillant !

Convenient but not close to amenities for walking

Nice clean and cheap hotel as advertised. Staff friendly and quick check in. Rooms are decent size although separate wash hand basin in room was a bit odd. Air con functional which was good as warm nights. The breakfast is good selection and no complaints. The only downside I found was location which I hadn’t realised is almost as an off shoot of main roads, between a McD and a petrol station. It is next to the Angers exhibition hall (which tbh looks a bit run down and not well used). I like to go running in mornings and found myself stuck at the side of a dual carriageway with no pavement. I ended up running round the overflow car park of the exhibition centre! Apart from that, great value and easy access to road network I guess could be a feature some people may look for. A large number of Tesla supercharger stations in the car park next to hotel.

Bad night in Angers

When I arrived the reception tried to charge me for the night...wish was prepaid. Put me in a room with No key...only the reception had a key...then ..In the middle of the night.. someone tried to get in my room.. thankfully I had put on the top lock...worst hotel experience in France!

Le personnel de réception est à l'écoute. Par contre, il n'est pas précisé que les chambres en recouche ne sont pas faites. Surprise lors de notre arrivée pour la deuxième nuit, le lit n'était pas fait et les serviettes de bain n'étaient pas changées. D'après la réception les chambres ne sont faites que lors du départ.Il serait bon de vérifier la véracité de cette information et de la noter dans le descriptif de l'hôtel afin que les clients soient au courant.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard, on fait le checkin sur une machine ce n’était pas très chaleureux, dans la chambre le lavabo est dans la chambre devant le lit et le rideau occultant laisse passer beaucoup de lumière cela m’a empêché de faire la grâce matinée au-delà de 6:30 du matin

Juste correct.

Des chambres dont chaque centimètre a été pensé (plutôt bien d’ailleurs) et donc très petites, surtout l’espace salle de bain/WC. Le lit était un peu dur et les oreillers un peu mous, mais bonne nuit tout de même. Petit déjeuner correct sans surprise. Gros problème, pas d’ascenseur. Donc hôtel juste correct pour une halte rapide, à éviter pour les personnes de grande taille ou corpulentes, ou avec beaucoup de bagages.
