Staff was great, I did have to ask for towels. Also, they didn’t clean the room. Outside of that it’s a good stay. Be prepared to fight for a parking spot in the front

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Stayed for 4 days and cleaning crew didn’t come to my room once. The floors in the room needed to be sweated and mopped, they were dirty. The shower had dirt rings in it when I first got into the room.

真實評價

4/10 尚可

The only positive about our stay is that it was close to the arena. The lobby looks to have been renovated, but the rooms have not been. The bathroom had not been maintained very well. There were ants. There was no soap at the sink and there were some hairs on our bath towels. there was no hairdryer and the air conditioning never fully cooled as low as we had set the temperature.

Stayed here spur of the moment after deciding to stay in the NOLA area for the night. Convenient location right next to the highway. The hotel & our room were clean. The front desk clerk (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was very welcoming, friendly & informative. We left without eating the breakfast, so cant comment on that. Would stay here again if we ever decided to come back to this area.

Clean room. Great staff. The pool wasn't that great. Would have been nice if coffee maker was in room.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and in a good locate for my trip. Breakfast was okay, but more can be added. The bathroom needs a fan to reduce the steam from the shower. Another thing that would be great for this place is to provide trolley transportation to downtown big events in the city.
