地點很方便，離著名景點都很近，地鐵走路兩分鐘。就是打掃的時候好像比較粗心，比如說收了毛巾沒有給新的，換了垃圾筒的垃圾，但沒鋪新的垃圾袋進去。

舒適乾淨，交通便利

交通很便利，距離地鐵站很近，離其他景點也不遠。房間舒適乾淨，浴室的掛鉤都很高，對於身材嬌小的人很不方便。雖然偶爾樓上會有腳步聲，每天有專人來打掃，只是櫃檯人員並不是一直都在，建議先聯絡好，以免向隅。

The hotel is closed to the metro and the room is comfortable. Also the receptionist is very nice and helped us to call our hotel in Porto as we would arrive late over there.

Fantastic Hotel! Good Services! Happy Experience

A very good hotel with very good and caring management. Can also do free laundry in the facility. Fully equipped hotel and nicely designed. The only improvement I would say is to have a small rack in the shower for the soap/shampoo instead of putting them on the floor of the shower stall and has to reach to the floor for the shampoo/soap

Fantastic Apartment

The whole process from initially booking the apartment to arriving at the apartment was very easy and straight forward. There was excellent communication throughout. The location was great, very close to access the main tourist areas. Natalie was our point of contact who contacted us prior to our arrival and met us at the apartment. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was on the 4th floor but thankfully there was a lift. It was very modern and beautifully presented. The bedding and towels were excellent quality, there was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was immaculate and everything was to an exceptional standard. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. We were there for 3 nights and the apartment was cleaned daily. We had a brilliant time in Lisbon and the fact that our accommodation was so perfect for us made it all the more special. Many thanks to the staff who obviously work hard to mae sure we had a fantastic stay.

A sido una estancia maravillosa ! Llegamos antes de hora de check in asumiendo no tener la habitación Leo nos guardó maletas y en cuanto estuvo preparada las dejo en nuestra habitación y nos avisó de la disponibilidad ! Alojamiento no tengo palabras de la limpieza la comodidad y amplitud la buena insonorización. Habitación familiar Castillo san Jorge temida para 4 dos camas doble grande comodisimas Cocina con básico y mesa para 2 mi única pega al ser 4. Cafetera con cápsulas y tetera con infusiones , la cafetera estaba rota en 5 min estaba repuesta por una nueva . Wc completo con amplia ducha ! Cuidado resbala bastante! Mi estancia perfecta repetiría y recomiendo sin dudas Leo gracias eres un amor !

Apesar de não ter gostado de Lisboa, a estadia foi ótima, desde o atendimento à limpeza e excelente localização. Ar condicionado bom, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande e tudo em otimas condições, mini cozinha super funcional, preparamos café da manhã, eu indico.

Central location to restaurants and transport. 5 minutes to Plaza Commercial. Accommodation was excellent- very clean and comfortable. Ótima localização e am

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, boa comunicação com os responsáveis. O quarto que selecionei era para uma cama de casal. No entanto, era duas camas de solteiro juntadas, com uma separação no meio, o que gerou desconforto. Apesar de ter a categoria silver, não recebi o vinho que foi especificado na reserva. Fora esses pontos, recomendo fortemente.

Zentrale, saubere Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt in der Rezeption. Apartment war sehr sauber, funktionell eingerichtet und die Lage (1min. Zu Fuß zur Rua Augusta) wirklich sehr gut. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen (4 Nächte) und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.👍

Experiência muito satisfatória. O local fica em fácil acesso, bem perto do metro, local super seguro, em uma região com muita coisa pra fazer em volta. The care and warmth we received when checking in really helped us to settle in and got things off to a great start. The room was large for an inner city location and situated in an ideal location. Easy to wall to the Chiado area and many of the other attractions. Worked perfectly for us.
