It was not great. Had to walk to another place to drop our bags. Which was not communicated before. The bed was dirty. A fake pair of eyelash was found on the towel. The floor was filthy. The bed was broken with the straps being broken. It was very uncomfortable

We were surprised that we had to walk to other street to register and get the keys and walk back to the same place to enter our room. All our luggage we had to carry out with us back and forth. Not convenient at all...

Relato da estadia

Importante dividir em partes. A localização é excelente, para quem busca estar perto de tudo, é o local certo. Quanto a comodidade não é tão bom, a cama não é boa e as vezes, a depender do tempo do banho, o chuveiro esfria, embora a ducha seja forte e boa. Não tem escada de acesso como eles mesmo informam e o local de acesso ao quarto é um pouco diferente para quem não está acostumado com o padrão Europeu.

Room was dirty, bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival. They cleaned them the next day and said they would refund us for the night but then only gave us €50 back. After a long conversation gave us another €50, but that still wasn’t enough to cover the night. The mattress had a huge crater and was extremely uncomfortable. Shower had mold. WiFi didn’t work.

Amazing location close to everything. Check in is at a different location from the property so walking with the luggage through the streets was a work out.

Enjoyed the stay

Excellent location. Nice big room. Check in in another building that takes few minutes to walk to. No elevator. Poor Wi-Fi. Enjoyed the stay overall.

There is no available staff or personnel to assist with problems during the next get hours. We had someone knocking on our door during the night. I had no one to help me with this issue.
