Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.
Restaurant and bar area was lovely next to the pool and the views across the river Arade from the balcony was perfect!

"Great staff and the main pool was the main attraction. We were a group of 20 people staying in a mix of 2 bed apartments. All the rooms were good, clean and had everything you needed. We didnt need to fight for loungera in the morning but most people were quite quick to place towels.
Some of the pool area had tiles that could do we replacing and some of the bridges needed attention.
The Cool Bar by the pool was great for drinks, ice creams etc. The breakfast was always good, attentive staff....

We ate all our meals, but for one local beach lunch, at the resort. All the meals were well prepared and the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Local see walk has great vistas. "

"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening.
There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly...

"This is a very nice hotel with staff who can't do enough for you. The made to order breakfast is delicious! Our suite was spacious and very nice with a huge terrace. A couple of little things would make it even better. The bed was too firm for our taste, so I would suggest a cushier mattress when the time comes to replace them. Maybe even a mattress topper in the meantime. Also the tub/shower bottom is very slippery when you're showering so some sort of anti slip material would be a good idea....

"Amazing property. SUPER QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment I had had three outdoor areas so you had all day sunshine. Spa and pool area is lovely though I didn't know how to get the steam room to work. 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the shop. The apartment came with a shopping trolley which was super handy for doing all my grocery shopping. Would go back here any time."

"The villa was spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The reception staff were very helpful and provided useful information for first-time visitors to the area. The property features a lovely pool, sauna, and restaurant, with beautiful ocean views from the patio and terrace. It is also situated right along the famous Seven Hanging Valleys Trail.
The only issue during our stay was an unexpected water shut-off on both days. We would have appreciated prior notice so we could prepare accordingly. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing."

"Room and hotel facilities were all excellent, clean and well maintained. Food was also great. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet your needs. Overall a great experience. Only downside is I came in early November and they were not staffing the lounge area at the beach club - the restaurants were open, but you could not lounge by the beach. I wish they had let me know that when I booked. "
