We absolutely loved it here! I he location near the Spanish Steps and Spagna metro made it super convenient. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. There is also a wonderful cafe just around the corner. Highly recommend both!

Location was absolutely perfect, close to the main attractions and located at the part of the street where it was fairly quiet. Check in/out was a breeze. The receptionist, Roxana was super helpful and nice to deal with and even arranged a private transportation for us last minute. Our room was surprisingly very spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is a lovely place to stay for a few days in Rome: location is perfect because it is in one of the best spots of the city, close all transport and walkable distance to all the tourists attraction. However, bear in mind that they charge you if there is a late (after 20) check in and let them know if you have issues with the WiFi.

This property is around the corner from the Spanish Steps, in an unassuming building. It's far enough from the steps that it is very quiet, but close enough to be convenient. There are a Metro station (Spagna), a bus stop (Tritone, best the Trevi function) and 2 taxi stands close by, so getting somewhere is a breeze. Numerous dining and shopping options are nearby.

Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort. This property was a wonderful surprise. We couldn’t get closer to restaurants and shopping. The room, bed and linens was very comfortable. Most impressive was Roxana. We didn’t prepare and the taxi did not drop us off near the hotel so we had difficulty finding the front door. We called and Roxana walked outside to find us. Tudo estava pensado ali, desde chinelos e escovas de dentes, tomadas necessárias, controle da iluminação todas muito bem localizadas, frigobar bem abastecido, café e chá com os respectivos equipamentos, ar condicionado / aquecedor central, limpeza excelente, banheiro todo novo com materiais de primeira qualidade, além da localização excelente junto ao metro e Piazza di Spagna com lojas bares e restaurantes, todos acessíveis a pé.

Fantastisk placering i forhold til alt hvad du ønsker at se i Rom. Du kan gå til alt og der er mere at opleve end hvad vi kunne nå på 3 dage. Selve hotellet er et lille men utrolig charmerende hotel, som ligger tilpas tilbage trykket fra hovedgaden så du har ro og fred på værelset. Værelset har alt hvad du behøver i en pæn og god stand. Personalet er utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. Alt det til sammen og med kun 100m til den spanske trappe så kan vi kun give hotellet vores bedste anbefaling.

The location was amazing! It is within steps of the Spanish Steps. The Basilica of St. Mary Major was 30 minutes walk straight line from Trinità dei Monti, a church on top of the Spanish Steps. So many restaurants within walking distance. My only issue was the round bed. It was strange and difficult to get into and out of. Also newer towels would be nice.
