Wir waren zum 1. Mal in Rom. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß für uns (Familie mit 3 Kindern). Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Gutschein pro Tag und Person für ein Bistro in der Nähe. Man bekommt z.B. ein Croissant und Cappuccino dafür.

Le personnel est génial c'est le père et le fils, un parle couramment anglais et l'autre très bien l'espagnol donc facile pour communiquer très a l'écoute ils partagent vraiment avec leur hôtes ce qui est rare aujourd'hui dans un bed and breakfast. L'appartement est situé a côté de tout une fois qu'on a compris comment fonctionnait les rue de rome

The location and convenience of the Vatican Break House cannot be beat. The property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It is a short walk to the Vatican Museum entrance and many affordable dining options. For the other Rome attractions, we were two easy trains away and it took us 30 minutes to get to the Colosseum and the Forum. The staff was responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Giancello is amazing !! He helped us throughout the stay .. from easy checking in, helping us park our car and giving us directions where to take the train and Free breakfast … He’s the sweetest person ever!! This airbnb is so cute and very clean .. I highly recommend this place!! Maria is also very helpful and friendly!! We love our stay and we definitely will come back and stay here again!!! This trip in Rome was the best !! Thank you and God Bless !!

Gianluca and Maria were excellent hosts. The property was super clean. You may have breakfast for a small monetary amount. They also offer shuttle service to the airport which was great. It is located in an absolutely wonderful area. It is incredibly safe and very close to 2 metro stops. Short walk to local food markets (which were amazing) and any other essentials. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican museums and not far at all from the heart of Rome. Gianluca is also extremely generous with his time and assisted us when we ran into an issue. A very giving person! We will most definitely be staying here upon our return. Highly recommend this place!

我們在這間家庭式旅館住了兩晚。 由Cipro站出站後只要走五分鐘路程（約400-500公尺），位於電梯大樓的3F 旅館離梵蒂岡博物館步行約15分鐘 旅館主人和他的兒子都很親切，會介紹周邊景點並給予協助 膠囊式咖啡和熱茶是免費無限供應的，可微波食物但禁止使用爐火，沒有提供早餐但樓下就是咖啡店 步行可到Cipro站旁有名的pizza店"Bonci" 中午，旅館旁有義大利式的自助餐"Sora Lia"可吃 旅館週邊沒有自助洗衣店（google地圖找得到的那間已經關了），需走到地鐵前一站才有（洗+烘乾10歐） 房間和浴室都很舒適整潔，有電視和無線網路 缺點是床，是用兩張單人床墊拼成的，所以中間會有一條縫

Place was not hard to find. It is near 2 metros. John Luca was very accommodating and welcoming. Vatican museum is walkable. There’s a grocery across the street and restaurants near the place.
