서비스만족도 굿

두번째 방문하는 숙소인데 숙소 컨디션도 최상이고, 관리도 아주 잘되어 있습니다. 더 감사했던건 개인적으로 좀 미안한 실수를 했는데도 사장님께서 아주 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다. 여행하는 고객의 입장을 배려해 주신 사장님께 다시한번 감사인사 드립니다. 또한 주변 산책코스도 도시생활에 지친 제게는 아주 만족입니다. 사진을 을 찍지 못해 살짝 아쉽네요. 감사합니다.

Otima opção em Seogwipo.

Ficamos 4 noites no BK Hotel e foi ótimo. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Escolhemos o melhor quarto do hotel, de frente para o porto e com banheira de hidromassagem. O preço foi ótimo pelo que foi oferecido. O estacionamento do hotel era pequeno, mas tinha um estacionamento externo que podia ser utilizado pelos hóspedes. O café da manhã era variado e tinha entre pães, cereal, salada, macarrão, batata rústica, entre outras opções da culinária típica coreana.

良い宿でした！

とても良い宿でした。天地淵瀑布と正房瀑布に行きたかったのでちょうど中間にあり宿スタートだったら徒歩てま行けなくもない距離でした。部屋にはオンドルがあったので暖房はつけずに過ごせました。欲を言うと湯船にお湯を張る時、蛇口からの方にしてもシャワーからも出てきてしまったことくらいてます。また西帰浦に行く時は利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。

사장님의 배려로 7층을 사용했는데 숙소가 밝고 전망이 최고 였습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하였고, 특히 아침뷔페 반찬 가지수가 많지 않아도 알차고 깨끗하고 편안하고 좋았습니다. 특히 달걀후라이를 직접 할수있는 방식이 좋았죠. 그리고 차 렌트없이 공항버스 600번을 이용하여 쉽게 도착하였고 버스를 이용한 관광에도 괜찮았습니다. 평점이 높은 이유가 있네요.~다음 제주에 가면 또 이용할 것 같습니다.~

隔音沒有很好，房間內明顯可以聽到門外走道有人講話或是拉行李箱的聲音。雖然浴缸很大，但不是乾濕分離，不喜歡浴室地板濕濕的。飯店有洗衣機與烘衣機，使用一次各3000韓元，只收現金。樓下有間CU便利商店，晚上去買點零食泡麵的也很方便。

Room and hotel is great if you want a quiet trip, but if you have a car you can go anywhere. I only have 4/5 because the bathroom needs a shower screen/curtain and water gets everywhere when you have a shower. But apart from that it was perfect. Staff are very nice and friendly and would come back again

모두 좋았는데 주차가 너무 어려웠어요.... 일정을 마치고 저녁에 숙소에 들어가니 이미 주차장은 만차에 주변에도 주차 할수있는 곳이 없어서 호텔 주변을 여러번 돌고 주차하는대까지 20분이상 소요되었어요...

Spacious room, close to the harbour with great fish restaurants, in the neighbourhood ,car parking underneath hotel with limited (about 12) spaces, other free parking on the street. A very good shower, however in the bathtube without a screen so the floor of the bathroom can get wet.

서귀포항 근처에 다이빙 계획이 있어서 후기보고 선택했는데 버스정류장도 가깝고 1층에 편의점이 있어서 편리 가격대비 방도 넓고 침대도 편안해서 좋았음

Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good. Liked that they had coin operated washer/dryer and detergent was provided. There were three of us and we only received one large bath towel, two robes and a bunch of smaller towels, looked like hand towels. Not sure if they placed the wrong towels in the room or if that was standard but it was fine. Didn't bother us. If it bothers you, you could prob ask for larger bath towels. Would stay again.
