The room had several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches in the fridge and in the room. Additionally, I found pubic hair in the bathtub, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. The room was also extremely noisy, with constant sounds from outside neighbors, the hallway, and surrounding areas. The noise continued until 2 am, making it impossible for me to sleep. Overall, my stay was a nightmare.

Worst hotel ever.
This is a halfway house disguised as a hotel. 2 star hotel? It was an extended stay with a different name. Full of felons and people on house arrest. They charge to for towels. They charge you to clean the room. The place is disgusting. Service is terrible they owe me my money back

Front desk service was very good. Room was fairly clean. Lack of anything else was 0. No ice, no additional blankets, no food service at all. Was unaware (perhaps my own fault) but this was an extended stay and full of unsavory people with the smell of marijuana in our room all night. Loud music vibrating walls all night.

When you get the unexpected in a not so good way.
The stay was ok. Upon checking in the hotel corridors reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes which was very surprising seeing that it was a complete non smoking hotel.

Not a prooerrt that is disability friendly or safe. Lots of drugies in the parking lot, diety rooms. Unfriendly staff. They ask what your disability is when you have a service dog & still want to charge. I would never recommend this place. Saftey hazards, no caution signs on wwt stairs, low batteries in the locks on doors no generator for power is off for guests to stay safe

Terriblr treatment during mandatory hurricane evac
The positive is the room was clean except the pull out couch linens were very dirty. We booked via hotels.com were notified of a refundable pet deposit of 200 a night. However, when we got to the hotel they charged an additional fee of $190 non refundable fee. We booked this room during a mandatory evacuation due to hurrricane. They made us get a 2nd room for a 12lb dog because they have a 2 dog minimum and we had 3. They would not make an exception even during a catastrophic event. They had no back up generator so we lost power at 730pm 10/9 it was still off as of 10/10 when we left. During the power outage there were no working emergency exit, stair or hall lights. It was comoletely black. Not up to code. We also had a leak in our room all night dripping on the floor. The night employee was off but staying there for the emergency was pleasant but had no authority.
