Nice beach
It's a very quiet hotel, gd for relaxation but a little bit to far from the city. Anyway I still enjoy staying here and very appreciate the hotel staff, they helped a lot.

Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. There was nothing to do in evening as no bar, we just watched TV in room. Food was average. The gym was disgusting and stunk of mould, carpet was stained. Ot was lovely going to sleep to sound of waves. Gardens and grounds were very well maintained. Enjoyed watching the resident family of geese each morning as they swam the lilly pond. We had a very relaxing stay and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

A total mess, under big refurbishment & construction. Nothing like described on the website or other media. Rooms dirty, moldy & damp, had to clean cupboards ourselves before use. The pool with 2 sun loungers & 2 bean bags & restaurant were the only facilities for use. Ended up staying 2 nights but booked in for 14, cancelled booking, got total refund (thank you) & moved. We stayed here few times in the past when it was lovely. We enquired why the huge difference then found out it had been closed with no maintenance for the last 3 years. Sorry staff but it had to be said & you really do need new uniforms.

Amazing peaceful place
It was the most peaceful resort we ever been. Amazing staff and service. Food was great as well. I recommend to all my friends. It is truly hidden gem of bali. Other places were loud and crowded but this hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Only few minutes away from the safari and it was really fun!

Rumah Luwih is a beautiful hidden gem, surrounded by beauty and insane scenery of the beach. It is a special quiet haven away from the busyness of Bali it is a real retreat. The people that work there are exceptional and make the stay all the more worth while, the food was insane! Everything was great and the room’s were soo large and modern. Thank you for all the time spent making our time special

Hôtel très classe a un prix abordable
Très bel hôtel, style colonial, très bon service, nous étions très peu de clients, le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous, Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, à notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un grand lit. A priori, il faut demander pendant la réservation un extra bed, ce qui était impossible sur le site lors de la réservation. Problème résolu en 5 min, l’hôtel a mis un lit supplémentaire gratuitement. La chambre est très spacieuse , la terrasse était gigantesque avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel, les plats étaient délicieux, menu enfant gratuit pour une très bonne qualité . Tout cela pour un prix très intéressant. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif, très copieux et très bien présenté. Un des meilleurs de notre séjour à Bali.

Luxury Resort with fantastic view
This resort is very luxury resort with fantastic ocean view. Breakfast is very good, sometimes order individual foods and sometimes buffe with various items. Swimming pool is good for view and convenience.

Positiv: - Hatten über das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Flughafen Transfer gebucht. Wir wurden herzlichst von dem Fahrer Imin am Flughafen empfangen. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant. - Es ist am Meer (kein Badestrand) Negativ - Scharben und Ameisen im Zimmer, Pool Liegen verdreckt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche schimmliger Geruch. - es gibt keinen kostenlosen Transport in die Umgebung, keinen kostenlosen Transport in den Freizeitpark,keine Yoga Stunden (dies wurde so beworben und war ein Hauptgrund für die Hotelwahl) - Lage des Hotels ist sehr schlecht, keine Gegend in der man sich als Urlauber wohlfühlt. - Ein Blatt Papier hat einen besseren Schallschutz als das Zimmer. - Nachdem wir fragten ob wir eine Rückerstattung bekommen und früher abreisen können wurde dies verneint. - Ich würde niemanden empfehlen das Hotel zu buchen mehr Schein als Sein. Oberflächlich sauber wenn das Housekeeping da war. Vieles wurde einfach nicht geputzt in unserem Zimmer. Einfach widerlich wenn man überlegt das das Zimmer so geputzt wird bevor ein neuer Gast anreist. - Wurden an den ersten zwei Tagen vom housekeeping und einer Pumpe in dem Tümpel vor dem Zimmer geweckt (6.45 Uhr/ 7.00 Uhr) danach von den Schulkassen (Hostel Atmosphäre) - Die Rezeption Managerin meinte sie hätte uns ein Upgrade in ein extra leises Zimmer gegeben -> hat sie nicht wir hatten für eine junior suite mit Meerblick bezahlt.
