変な体験が多い
全室禁煙のはずが、とにかくタバコ臭くて近隣からの臭いがすごかった。夜中まで騒ぎ声がしたり。風呂を出たロビーで、目を離した一瞬の隙で下駄箱の鍵が2人分なくなってしまい困りました。他も大なり小なり変な事が多く困惑。すべて、ホテルの方が悪いのでは無くて、ゲストのやっていることですが、良かったかと言われると辛かった。

地點頗為偏僻，南部町亦冇乜特別嘅景點，所以入住呢間酒店，都應該係純粹放空同休息嘅地方。一泊二食浸溫泉，自駕遊嘅旅客可先去白濱再入住呢間酒店。約40-50分鐘車程。 酒店員工服務到位，由於剛裝修完，設施都頗新，下午有茶點、深夜有宵夜，食下 snack 飲下酒，早餐及晚餐自助餐質素不錯，當然同香港冇得比，但以日本嘅規格算性價比高。（我冇試過喺日本試過高級自助餐，只能以過往入住溫泉酒店經驗去判斷） 當日入住日式房，環境OK。個人建議可增設多啲娛樂設施，好讓住客有多啲活動選擇。
