The hotel was a bit hard to find since it is tucked in from the main road behind Chick-fil-A. There is a gas station close by. Hotel is very clean and pretty new with very good security. Could hear airplanes in the room when the AC was not on. Nice kitchenette but dishes not provided inside the room. The hairdryer also needs to be requested at the front desk. No breakfast but free coffee provided. Plenty of parking spots.

As soon as we walked in the room a dead cockroach laying in the middle of the floor. Staff at the front desk was rude and had poor attitude. We could smell marijuana 24/7 as soon as walk in and all through the halls.

The kitchen amenities was very good, the bathroom sink was clogged up until I figured out to fix it myself bc the front desk ppl said the maintenance man wasn’t available… when we first arrived it was clean in the room… the floors were dusty tho in it was a weird feeling in the room, over all it was quite. In the breakfast old muffins.

Front desk was very rude. Unorganized, I accidentally left my key in the room and had no way of contacting any staff to get a spare key. They closed the front desk down. They left no emergency directions. It was an horrible experience.

The floor was dirty. Came out for breakfast at 845 am, sign says it closes at 930. They are out of coffee. Lady at front desk said she wouldnt make another pot becase it closes in 10 minutes (it says they close at 930) and she wouldnt waste that much coffee. She said she would make a small pot in the back. She made a half a pot of a regular carafe in the back. By the time it was done there were 5 people waiting for coffee. We each got half a cup. We go to check out, we have an uber waiting and no one ever showed up for us to check out! The only positive is the lady who came after hours to check us in. She was very nice.

I know it is a budget place but man even for that. Understaffed. Inconvenient... unsafe... a guest dog almost attacked me... simply the worst experience ever. The remote helpdesk helped me with my check in. I had to wait for 3 hours in the middle of the night cold and alone to be let in... simplu darn ot!

The room was comfortable, storage adequate and TV was large. The common corridor smelled funky and the room could use a little TLC but for the price I was very satisfied.
