Front desk didn't care.
So.... I'd love to give this place a great review. It is a nice property. That said, we're a family of 5 and got it late a super tired. While the two bedroom suite gave us much needed space from our kids, the AC was set to 64 deg. Everyone instantly got cold. It's summer so we're not travelling with jackets. But we couldn't open any windows. Naturally we tried to turn the heater on. Big mistake. The heater smelled like synthetic hair was burning. We had to lock ourselves in the rooms because the smell was so bad in the living room. Staff didn't have another room for us that night even though I know there was availability. The next morning, the new staff acted like it was our fault for turning on the heater in summer... In this situation, if you can't offer a solution, you could at least act like it matters - at a minimum. Or offer some sort of credit or upgrades on future stays. I'm Marriott Bonvoy and have been all over the world for work. C'mon guys. I expect more.
