There were lights not working or outlets, holes in the walls and granola between the sheets. Tub was dirty and corners not clean. The TV did not work, and figuring out their tub to get water was difficult. Pillow had blood on the pillowcase. Had to get own pillow and blanket to sleep. Staff refused to correct and blamed someone else.

It could definitely use some updates. But it was a good place to stay and staff was friendly and helpful. And we would definitely stay here again. For food nearby, Coach’s was excellent, and just a short walk away.

I’m not one to complain but… this hotel isn’t that great. I know. I’ve stayed there before. It was the only option and after 2 bookings through hotels.com that did not have our confirmed reservation when we got there this was our only option. Literally. It was $143. We arrived at 10:35 pm because of the hotels.com booking ordeal so not their problem but still. The room smelled pretty gross but there really wasn’t anything to do. We shut off the air so it stopped pumping out the stinky air. The room was clean enough except for the dirty towel hanging in the closet. The breakfast was pretty awful for choices. The syrup was gone so dry pancakes. No peanut butter. The cereal was pretty stale. The apple juice was the only option and gone and never refilled. I mean I expect not the greatest out of a hotel that I pay under $100 a night but when they charge $150 I expect a little more. The reason we didn’t book this hotel to start with was because it started out posted as $215 per night. The only reason we paid only $143 was because we ended up booking at 9:45 pm. I’m sorry to anyone that actually paid that much. Just because you CAN charge that much doesn’t mean you should. If you want to charge those prices, then make some effort to get things better. It was pretty unacceptable. After this weekend and all the fails from hotels.com I’m a little leery to keep booking with them. Which is sad because we use it a lot.

The first room we went to smelled really bad like smoke. The second room we were sent to. There are bed bugs on the mattress, the sheets were not changed since the last customer, blood and hair and makeup on the sheets, the floor had debris and hadn’t been vacuumed.

The hotel could really use an update. Our bathroom sink was about 50% clogged, which should have been obvious to the maids when cleaning the sink. The breakfast offerings are the cheapest possible while still being able to be called a breakfast. This hotel felt more like a $60 per night inn than a $120 plus dollar inn.

The hotel was filthy, we found a dirty sock and dead bug in one of the drawers, a dirty blanket stuffed into another. The furniture was broken and hadn’t been cleaned in some time, thick dust and debris all over the room. I chose to leave the hotel after the light switch in the bathroom sent a shock through me and “sizzling” could be heard in the wall. I requested a refund on my stay and was denied. This property is unsafe and unclean, I would NOT recommend you stay. I’ll be reaching out to BBB on this hotel.

Got there at 3:10. 19 people waiting in lobby. Finally got checked in at 3:45, but couldn't go to room yet, because they hadn't cleaned it yet. All the towels in the room, and in the pool area had brown stains on them.

I checked in and went to the hospital where my husband was at. I came back to check out an hour and half later as the hospital wanted me to stay with my husband. I asked if I could get a refund and was declined.

The motel is extremely outdated and dirty. No blankets on the bed, just a thin cover that was stained... i was ok there i always carry my own linens.. the towels were nasty stained and it looked like blood stains on one. I had to ask for them too btw. The ice machine was broken, vending machines also out of order, the pool area was so hot and stuffy... we stuck our head in and decided nope. Id definitely find somewhere else to go.
