Worst Hotel Experience of All-Time

Do not stay at this place. Intentional racket on roof just to be disruptive, maybe they were jealous I drove a new Mercedes-Benz, they were hammering the roof sporadically, one smash here, one there, right above our room. No renovations occured, see for yourself over room 238. No carpentry work required random hammer smashes like they were doing. The front desk guy said the manager would call me, then he said the manager told him to tell me to take it up with Hotels.com and they kept my $250 for no legal reason there was no damage to the room this was the worst hotel experience of my entire life, one employee bragged to me that he was "a real criminal". All of this is 100% true, none of their staff would agree to undergo a polygraph exam stating otherwise because this review is 100% factual account of their egregious conduct. Rude, deceptive, malicious, greedy, how can they be allowed to operate like this? Do not stay here, its a classless trap of unregulated harassment praying you won't try to get your $250 deposit back. Hotels.com and Wyndham needs to investigate these claims I've truthfully submitted and/or cut ties with this deplorable motel.

Thecroom smelled like cigarette smoke profusely even though it was supposed a nonsmoking room. We were there 3 days and not once received clean towels or other items. The motel put an additional charge on my debit card that still has not fallen off more than a month later. Not a good overall experience. Quite disappointing.

Very disappointed

The young man that checked us in, David, was very rude and not accommodating during our stay both days First i pre-registered and asked for first floor non smoking and i stood at counter while he registeted 5 other people that were not pre-registered and gave them first floor and then told me he didn't have any abailable. A trainee found a room and so we got it but it smelled so bad of smoke i asked for airfreshener and David said "we don't have any , you can go across the street to dollar store and biy some" He didn't onform me we had to request room service and so when we came back from our day trip wanting to relax tje room had not been cleaned. No towels. Trash, beds, coffee. And to top it all off the beds were so soft and uncomfortable that i was in pain all night. We didn't expect a lot because of the price but i expect to be treated with respect. I owned a retail business for 22 years and if i had an employee that treated my customer like that they would be gone.

The breakfast was skimmpy. No way to heat the oatmeal. Room was not serviced. Was told if you want the room serviced you have to ask. I said I needed towels and coffee. Housekeepers have gone home. Too Bad! The maintenance man got those items for us. Would never stay at this facility again. Plenty of other places to chose from.

The people were nice, but the breakfast was the same thing every day there was no change would’ve liked to seen something different. The biggest problem was we were at a football tournament and me and my boy were at the field and my other friend and his son were at the apartment hotel And must’ve been a little loud at that point in time he got a nasty phone call from must’ve been another resident either below or somewhere close that was able to call our room and was very passive aggressive to it made us feel uncomfortable when I had gotten home from the football field. As soon as I walked in the door, the same phone rang, and I got the same nasty message The next morning when I was eating breakfast and talked to the staff, they assured me it was not them. I thought that was very unprofessional, and I actually was a little scared for my safety and our children.
