The reception is unprofessional, don't know this lady is first day works there or not. She gave me the rooms on floor 4, then tell me they got maintenance at level 5, hope I don't mind... Excuse me that she saw very clearly that we have 2 boys and one erldy who need to have a rest. What's is question? Then as I don't want accept this offer, she said then no room in the same floor, even I mentioned I can wait in one room first. After all she gave the 2rooms in 2different floor, which is quite difficult for the family as us, who has kids and elder. That's not finished, she don't provide the little train tickets which we should have and don't gave us extra key (we understood after that we can have 3 keys as we have been send to different floors). It makes a lot issues during our stay. Only luck, it was I did accept that offer on floor 4, It's really noisy, I found that when I used the pool at level 3.
