This is our preferred location In Dumaguete. We are always happy with the staff, location, parking, breakfast buffet, and massage and travel services in the lobby. Wifi was marginal, but no other negatives to speak of. I feel very safe and comfortable here and recommend.

Excellent place to stay when you’re in Dumaguete. I like their complimentary breakfast. Rooms as clean. Most especially the hotel and restaurant and concierge staff are very hospitable. I am thankful for the staff for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable all the time.

The hotel is undergoing maintenance / renovation to the dining area so breakfast wasn’t as good as normal as its temporary relocation is in the Lobby. Also absolutely no hot water in the bathroom for the duration of my stay (3 nights) This is my third stay and aside from the above niggles it’s a great hotel with good staff and a good central location

Can’t complain too much as this is already one of the better hotels in dumaguete. They didn’t refill the water or the teas, had to call and ask. Also gave me a call in the morning and woke me up. Had wanted to sleep in. Just expect basic place to live. Probably already better than others around the area.
