It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.

Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and not the best. Only came with 3 pillows, for a king size bed I would expect 4. Balcony with rear view room titles deceiving. It’s just a second floor room. Parking is limited and fills quickly. Ok for a cheap, short stay.

The motel is old but well kept. Nothing fancy...kinda old but in good shape. Room was comfortable for the price. It has a refrigerator & microwave. New A/C heat unit worked well. Great location next to river on Parkway Drive near Dollywood Blvd. Manager was very nice & accommodating. It is my new, affordable, convenient place to stay from now on.

My only issue was that the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The pillowcases had stains on them and the elevator was broken and when I asked for the first floor I got zero customer service and also the room was not as pictured. It looked like I got a room that had not been remodeled yet. Pictures did not match

The staff was very helpful, but the highlight of our stay was the comfort of the bed. The motel is convenient to the restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Pigeon Forge.

Room smelled of marijuana, the power kicked when I tried to used the microwave, and our room didn’t even have a fire alarm. There were people living in the room next to Us, and would sit on the porch and talk all hours of the night. As well as smoke marijuana on the balcony where you have to walk. Terrible experience. Over all our room was decently clean for the price and it being right on the parkway at pigeon forge. Room had no coffee pot. Bed had only a sheet so I recommend taking your own blankets if you stay there. I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. For the money I would stay here again.

Air conditioned room was good. Room was clean except for finding 3 baby roaches in the bathroom. Only one hand towel was provided. Had to get another one for 2nd person. Office door was locked @ 240pm. Had to call staff toet us in to get checked in.

The first room they gave us smells like smoke and dirty carpet! The second room was better, still had a order to it. Very outdated, the towels were old and small, hairdryer worked for about 3 mins and stopped! Would not recommend to anyone!!

Vacation for rod run

To start off I would give more stars if I could for the service the staff provided during our stay. Yes this is an older hotel and I kept that in mind. So for that it was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit harder than I like but that is a personal preference. The elevator was out during our stay but the managers of the hotel were very helpful in getting our luggage up and down during check in and check out. We had one of the updated rooms so we had hard floors vs some of the rooms having carpet which I also like as it does help the room feel cleaner to me. This hotel is also in a great location to everything.
