Great location, the pod coffee and fridge were great. Ringing the hotel was fine to gain access to the hotel. Need to ensure you pick the correct language on the check-in machine as there are no people there.

We found this place clean and a beautiful building. Check in might have been a little complicated but the first door was already open and a caretaker was inside. On entry to the hotel on the 2nd floor, a lovely staff member helped us with the check in machine. If we arrived at night or if no human was around, then it would certainly have been more complicated. The place overall was very nice.

This hotel was safe, clean and unique. I thought there was parking on the premises but there wasn’t. We had to park in the public parking garage across the street. Check in took long because we got there after 15:00 and had to use a machine to self check in. All in all a great and clean hotel.

We had a great stay at Hi hotel Boutique, the staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very well located within 5 minutes walking from the most important city sighseeings, the rooms are - fairly - quiet but have all the necessary amenities and space, bed and pillows are really comfortable! Only small negative point is that since the building is a little bit old there´s a smell in the rooms in summer time because of the heat, however, the staff is very helpful and they did everything to make it better for us :) I highly recommend this place if you´re staying in Valencia!

A ver, igual estaba explicitado y no me di cuenta al reservar. Sin baño en la habitación (esto para mí es un mínimo muy imprescindible) y sin personal. El check-in automático en una máquina.

Selve hotellet er bestemt ikke hvad jeg forbinder med et lille og lækkert boutique hotel med fokus på den gode oplevelse for kunden. Hotellet er mere et hostel, uden reception eller andre faciliteter. Det personale man møder er super søde og servicemindede, men hele hotellet bærer præg af at være ældre og nedslidt, hvorfor det hele fremstår lidt nusset og beskidt.

habitación muy ruidosa, llegaba el ruido de las habitaciones y de la calle , incluso a veces vibraba Escasa iluminación y de enchufes y en baño casi no había espacio para dejar el neceser(eche en falta una balda y un toallero) el mando de la tv no funcionaba No hay recepcion , solo máquina de autocheck siguiendo instrucciones a pesar de anunciarse como b&b el desayuno no está incluido en el precio, de por sí ya excesivo carece de Pk aunque hay pk privado justo al lado, caro, masificado ( tardamos mas de 20 minutos en encontrar plaza) y con plazas estrechas
