Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time.

Buffet was INR2000 plus. I ordered an omelette with tea and was charged INR1800! How can that be justified? In the evening I had a soup. The charge was almost INT1000! The taxi service for a 10 minute drive was INR2424!! Total rip off! Even The Lemon Tree and other hotels have complimentary airport transfers Will never stay here again!

The check in took forever there were 2 desks manned out of 4. I was second ib line it took them 15 min to reach me. Rooms was superb. Carpets ageing a little. Njce breakfast. Though coffees tended to be bad. Overall good stay. Do i think it is significantly better than holiday inn and lemon tree next door-NO
