Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable for our family of four. Pool area was good. Breakfast area and food were quite nice! Would recommend and will stay again!

Room was great and staff was accommodating. Only issue was that we weren't able to access the stairs (!!) and had to take the elevator up (we were only on the second floor) because the area where the stairwell is located was booked for a private party. Weird design! Anyways, we loved our stay aside from that.

Excellent one night stay until breakfast... when not only was a guest allowed to bring a dog into the breakfast area but allowed to eat off the table. Im a big dog owner and that is unacceptable and unhygienic. I did bring it to the front desk attention who were there at the time.....just unacceptable. I wonder what health and safety would have to say???

Hotel is getting a little tired. Air conditioner just barely worked, couldnt keep the room below 20.. Hotel was very busy for the long weekend so the elevator wait was long. Showed up at 4 for check in but couldnt get into my room until 25 minutes later. Room needs a refresh and could use more electrical outlets theres only 1 by the desk and 1 by the bed

Love the property and location. Everyone is sooo friendly. Need to work on the breakfast service. Was really busy and everything kept running out. The lady working that area was not friendly at all and seemed to get annoyed with people being in the way. The set up of where the waffle maker is dies not work well as it’s hard to access the drinks in that area. Other than that, everything else was great!!

Overall ...very good

Great Location . Comfortable & Clean, strictly non-smoking rooms with A/C .Hard working staff . Decent breakfast ( included ) lots to do within walking distance . Free parking that was right there .. practically at the beach !! The pool was down for maintenance. The wash machine was out of service ..but there is a great laundry mat very close by if needed ..but the hotel also has laundry service bags in the room,.also with and iron & ironing board . Free coffee and hot chocolate , tea available to the guests in the lobby . Free dog biscuits at reception . But no cookies there for me sadly 😂
