Okay but not great

The hotel could be really nice. The lobby looks great, but the elevator is so small and was pretty dirty. Tons of dirt on the floor. The halls were clean. The entryway to our room smelled like cigarettes and the garbage was overflowing both nights we were there. In our room, the beds are hard and there was a dirty Q-tip under the sink. The room was clean other than the Q-tip. The front desk lady on Saturday and Sunday morning was more worried about her phone than looking at us when we talked to her. The breakfast ladies were so sweet and nice. The evening desk clerk on Saturday night was great. He brought us towels to our room and was super nice. The main reason we booked their was the pool. It was down so no swimming for us.

Not worth it

Our first room the door reader was broken. The second room...beds were stained, refrigerator was broken and the water from the tub spout left dirt in the tub. Breakfast was good. Service was ok. No bugs.

Don't know where to start!

Checked in just after 3, the room we were sent to was not completley done, one of the beds just had pillows in the middle of the bed with no cases, not sure what else may have been missed. Left went shopping bought swim suits, called the front desk around 830 pm twice, I could hear them but they could not hear me, So the guy walked down, asked about pool hours, he said it had to be shocked that evening so it was not working, he said 100 percent it will be working at 8am (it was not) we turned on the sink water in the 2nd room and the water was all going from the pipe to the floor. Let him know that just so it could be fixed, put a trash can under it so it would not soak the carpet. Not a very clean feeling place, found a hair on the dry shower stall prior to using the shower. There are no do not disturb signs. Room service tried to enter just before 10am the startled me and woke me up after being awake with a sick kid til 5am, looked on my phone to see check out time, noticed the email that came to me at 8:02 am and requested a late check out for 10 dollars. around 11 they tried to enter again, I finally went and told them we had put in for the late check out. Got a call just after noon saying we were supposed to be out at noon. Noone ever said that, said we put it for a late 10 dollar check out. She said it was not approved. How would I know that I never heard anything back. the 11th a lady from housekeeping w door open on the phone using the f word loud and clear.

What a DUMP! Find another hotel!

The first room smelled awful and had black mold in the heater/ac unit. The second room was better, but the bed sunk in, the heater wasn’t working properly, and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. I had to call the front desk to ask for towels. The day I arrived I was informed that the pool and hot tub were not open. It would have been nice to know that in advance of my stay and offered to get my money back. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again.
Black mold in the heating/air unit.

Overall the room was fantastic. Only down fall is there was absolutely no bath towels in the room at check in. When we asked housekeeping for towels, they said they had no clean ones and we had to wait. We let the front desk know there wasnt towels but thankfully the front desk found one for us. We didnt get towels for another 3 hours after check in.

It was close to the hospital where a family member was staying. The bed was ok but the hotel needs a refresh and better customer care. It was fine for my stay.

Check in was easy, as I did pre check in. The tv didn't work and took about 3 hours to get it fixed but the guy working was amazing when I went back downstairs to tell him about it. The lights in the pool area were on and off flickering wierd but overall okay stay
