Fantastic location and great service.

The rooms were very comfortable and the location is fabulous. Beautiful area to explore. Would stay again
jane anne, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful room accommodated the four of us very well. Thought the $500+ price a bit much, but I guess Vancouver is just that expensive (especially the night before major cruises are boarding).
kathryn, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It’s a good place to stay if you are at the university. Clean, air conditioning works great, kitchen is well equipped. The bed is not that comfortable and the price is quite ridiculous for what you get but it is convenient. Parking on the weekend can be difficult but they do provide you a parking pass (it was included for us).

8/10 Very good

The room was quite nice. Stayed with my partner and our toddler for a night. We had a good time. Accessibility is great so it was very easy to go places from the hotel.

Near to UBC hospital

It was the perfect place to stay before and after surgery. Close to hospital. Nice and quiet. Clean!

In UBC, best choice if you come to visit your kids,
Baimin, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The bus was close but too far for someone with medical condition. Finding the entrance to the hotel was very difficult, signage was very limited and poor. The room was spacious and very clean. No information available if there was ice machine, cream for the coffee pods.
Charlene, 2-night trip

Great location. Comfortable and quiet

Great Vancouver hotel!

This was a perfect location for a Vancouver Folk Festival stay. Easy to get to, available parking, room was ready when we got there, and the bus to and from Jericho Beach was easy to catch. The location was quiet and the staff was very friendly. We'd stay there again.

Love this property for our stays at UBC for medical appointments …walking distance to hospital is awesome and having cooking facilities makes the trip less costly.
Paula, 1-night trip

Good sized suite for family of 4. Nice & quiet. Parking is reasonable for Vancouver.
Katherine, 2-night trip

Clean, functional room. Handy location to meet family friends.
Tom, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Here for a conference and they checked me in early without question. Young staff is so pleasant and hospitality focused. Very very convenient for anything happening at UBC.
Myra, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We love the privacy of the room, the cleanliness of the room, but one thing we had difficulty with was how to find the room directions were truthfully inadequate just giving a couple of sheets of paper does not necessarily mean it’s easy to find, but thanks for the rest of the good things
Calvin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

A lovely stay. Foot noise from above was a little loud in the morning, but it sounded like they had a hyper child, so really no one’s fault there. Would definitely stay again.
Sandra, 1-night trip

Great accommodation, lively surroundings

Excellent accommodation for single person just looking for short term getaway, or for a family on Vacation in the Vancouver area. Front desk service, room cleanliness, linen, etc. all excellent. Transport hub nearby if public transport is needed. A bit pricy but good value for your money.
