One of few you can walk to from airport

It is convenient and an easy walk to the airport. The room was clean but the outside of the building is not. It is on a noisy industrial street and the only food is to go back to the airport for McDonalds. It works for a one night stay. Pillows were very hard.

This hotel is next to the airport so is convenient for travel. It was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed only had a sheet, it was terribly noisy due to people coming and going at all hours. Even though it is walking distance to the airport it is not safe and cost €20 to cab to the airport - a 500m ride.

the location was super convenient to the airport- food was inconvinient nothing near by and mcdonalds was between the two on ramps with no sidewalk... also there was random chirp sound in the hallway all night.. made the 8 hr sleep before early rise to the airport awful. wouldnt stay again even was free.

Awful!! Room had disgusting smell which cleaners tried to cover up with diffusers Bath leaked a lot Full and I mean FULL of mosquitoes Breakfast was the only good part! Pool area satisfactory clean, water had a lot of leaves and free debris

Perfect for a one night stay

A little tricky to find due to roadworks (and wrong instructions from the Airport Info desk!) Come out of arrivals keeping over to the right, past the bus station to the roundabout. Turn right and then left into the car rental parking lot. Head towards the hotel signs (right end of building) and there is a small gate to enter the hotel complex (need to press a bell). My room (asked for a quiet one!) was perfectly adequate and not small as per other reviews. Breakfast was also OK with plenty of choice.

Lovely gem of a Hotel

Overnight stay before continuing our journey the next day as our flight arrived in the evening. So close to the car hire compound. Although the access gate from the car hire was offline, we just walked 2-3 mins round the front. The buildings surrounding area isnt great, but dont let that put you off. Welcoming lady at reception. Lovely room , king size bed, clean, TV free wifi, nice ensuite shower room , complimentary toiletries. Our room overlooked the car hire area. Continental breakfast with enough to chose from. No street noise just the odd plane taking off , it is so close to the airport after all. 10-15 min walk or take the free car hire shuttle bus if you're collecting a car that is, like we were next morning. Will use the hotel again. Maybe not 4* but a 3*++

Whilst this ‘hotel’ is only a 10 minute walk from the airport, the walk is along poorly maintained pavements on a busy road and accessed via a busy/dirty car hire area. The facilities are nothing like advertised - everything is shabby, the noise from the main road barely muffled by the double windows, room was airless and suffocating (you don’t want the windows open) and there is NO breakfast or other F&B. You will need to return to the airport for something to eat. This hotel has zero redeeming features, not even its proximity to the airport.

Boarded up windows and rock hard beds

Last min flight cancellation so had to stay at airport hotel. This was the closest and had good reviews but god knows why. Apart from the reception staff being very friendly and the room being clean there’s little else positive to say. The room was a million degrees and the air conditioning unit was blocked by the shower (which was in the middle of the room!!) so the room barely cooled. The beds were rock hard. The windows were boarded up!

Not sure how it’s got 4 stars, tired looking all round esp the bathroom, no dinner options and not in a good area to go out and have a meal. WiFi didn’t have signal and poor phone signal in the hotel. There was a bath, but no plug so you could only have a shower. Should look at improving WiFi signal so it reaches the entire hotel and possibly look at improving tv so there are some other language channels.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Ficamos 11 dias. Foi nos cobrada indevidamente a taxa da Prefeitura de Euro 121,00 pois temos mais de 70 anos. Vou ver se me reembolsam. O quarto era limpo todos os dias, mas utilizam algum tipo de desinfetante de cheiro desagradável que só sumia após o ar condicionado ligado algum tempo. Começou a faltar toalhas e sabão. Reclamamos à Gerência que nos atendeu e no dia seguinte a Responsável pela Limpeza se desculpou e até nos deu de presente uma bandeira do time do Napoli

Served a purpose

I had a panic about checking in as our flight was delayed but the reception staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Hotel itself is a little in need of a facelift and the area is a bit dodgy and a longer journey into Naples centre than I’d realised. That being said, the location is perfect for the airport
